Too many emails
Huge help with gas and electric. Huge help.
However, i have needed to do water fees myself AND when I sorted broadband myself, i have been unable to state this on my checklist. This means i am being spammed daily with emails telling me to sort out broadband or my checklist wont be complete. This is extremely annoying.
