Friendly company, nice advertising, good quality bands. Watch cases and coves can be a bit too cumbersome and bulky however.

This Business Has No Business Being In Business
I purchased a watch band that was advertised to fit my Apple Watch. Shipping was very slow. The band did not fit my Apple Watch like it should. The connections extended beyond my watch face so the corners would catch on clothing. I requested a return authorization and refund.. Astra first required a photo of the ill fitting band as well as the model number of my watch. Over the course of 2 weeks Astra, through several email communications, has offered only partial refunds. They obviously are avoiding a full refund. Do not purchase from this business unless you are absolutely sure you will be pleased with the product.

Refuses to honor their own 90-day return policy – multiple ignored requests
I purchased watch straps (Order #158710) from Astra Straps in late April 2026. Shortly after delivery I decided I no longer needed them and requested a full return and refund — well within their advertised 90-day return window and 100-day money-back guarantee.
I contacted support on April 29/30. They responded by offering only a 30% partial refund if I kept the unused item. I politely declined and followed up five times (April 30, May 1, May 4, May 5, plus a final escalation giving them until end of day May 8). They have completely stopped responding.
The straps remain unused in original packaging. I have asked repeatedly for a return authorization/RMA and shipping address so I can send them back at my expense — they have ignored every request.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Their published policies are meaningless if they refuse to follow them. I have now escalated to my credit card issuer for a chargeback.
Would not recommend purchasing from Astra Straps if there is any chance you might need to return the item.

Ordered strap, it delivered.
The magnet slips every now and again and I have to adjust it but other than that it is a really nice band.

Order Never Arrived - resolved
Ordered 4 straps, got told 1 was out of stock which was no issue for me at all. However 2 weeks later I had a notification that the straps were all delivered - nothing was received and I waited another 2 weeks to be sure that it wasn’t a bugged notification. So money spent with no straps received, customer service was predictably unhelpful and simply declared that goods were delivered.
Never ordering from them again
UPDATE: Orders ultimately received think there was a mixup with the couriers.
