Took a while to get here but I like it
***UPDATE*** a few months later the strap started coming apart and the rubber seal at the edges started peeling off. You can see the magnets inside and pull them out. So revising my review to 2 stars. Apparently I can’t add photos on updates so can’t show them now.
I thought it was a scam when I saw that the website has a .co.uk ending and then it was getting shipped from China (past experience 😅). To be fair it took a while to get here but it eventually did. Magnets are strong if you put the straps the correct way, as apparently it has a front and a back, but it is not clear which one is which. So if you feel that the magnets are not strong enough, just take it off, flip it on the other side and put it back again. It doesn’t smell like leather, but then again, it’s £26 😅

Horrible business strategy.
Did not like the garbage strap they sent me. I attempted to send it back and they negotiated over 15 emails. I finally disputed with credit card company and astra straps emailed requesting I drop the dispute. They ghosted me after I dropped the dispute. They got me, and I fell for it.
Astrastraps- would you like me to share the 30 some odd emails back and forth where you don’t refund?! I’m embarrassed for you.

Great Products & Customer Service
Generally, the time from ordering to receiving it takes longer than expected these days, but the watch straps are worth the wait. I have purchased many and they are high quality bands which look and fit great. It’s a 5 star product. The customer service is also 5 star. My questions are always answered promptly and the company is sincerely interested in ensuring customer satisfaction. I did knock a star off for the shipping time but if you’re not in a hurry I highly recommend Astra Straps. You won’t be disappointed!
