Dishonest return policy
I had no issue with the ordering process itself. I received the band in a reasonable amount of time. However, I wasn't happy with the band I ordered and wanted to return it. Customer service won't allow it - despite the fact that the band is in brand new condition and is within the return window. I've exchanged 8 emails with customer service at this point. They've asked me for a video of the issue, offered a discount on another purchase, and offered a partial refund to just keep it and go away. I've been clear on multiple occasions I want a refund and these exchanges won't stop.

Dreadful customer service / cheap materials
Dreadful customer service. Their website states they offer a full refund of their item is unworn and not damaged. I emailed the next day asking for a refund and how I can send this item back. They offered every single alternative and 30% refund and to keep the watch strap only which is unfair and not what I wanted as it did not fit my wrist and appears to be cheaply made compared to what I paid for it. It was only when I stated I would go through my bank they said they’d offer payment. This company is a company I’d avoid at all costs. Order number 46664. You fully well know I made an order, no need to lie.

Awful company - allergic reaction + no response
Awful company. I can’t believe how much they’re charging for cheap rubbish. I have bought way more inexpensive watch straps and never had a reaction to them. After less than 24 hours wearing an Astra Straps band, my wrist was covered in a rash and blistered. I’ve never had a reaction to anything in my life like that before! I have contacted them twice asking for a refund - no response. Their product cause site is deliberately designed to make refunds difficult.

Just a bit too small.
The magnetic band is just a little smaller than expected. So it occasionally comes apart while wearing it (especially when I’m wearing a sweater.

Good choice, small downsides
Delivery was timely and box arrived undamaged. Band looks as in photos. It can be a bit hard to get off without the end of the band slipping through and falling out of the loop. Occasionally a wrist hair gets snagged in the metal bad but rarely. Looks much more put together than my old silicone band (from Fit Bit) and easy to keep clean. Overall happy with my purchase.

Bought a strap which looked lovely but…
Bought a strap which looked lovely but it was too big. Came with an adjustment tool but no instructions. Tried to find a video on how to use the tool but couldn't find one. Worked out how to use the tool but it was so flimsy that the metal bit broke and I couldn't keep adjusting the watch strap. So it's really loose now and I have no easy way of getting out the pins. Just so time-consuming.
