After 3 agents visiting we chose Lee due to his persistent and strategy . At first we were sceptical on his pricing strategy . He hosted an open day and the following Monday we achieved offers over and above the marketing price listed. The process took 1 week which we could not believe . Stay away. This agency is run by people who are rude and couldn’t give a damn about the well-being of their staff or people in the houses they manage.

Gilbert is a great agent, we moved from larger agent who couldn’t sell our property to AM who did. I believe this was largely down to Gilbert determination and drive to get it sold. The times he wasn’t around the service did suffer. But if you get Gilbert then great!

I recently rented a flat via the Kennington branch in London. Having dealt with numerous letting agencies in the past, I can say that the experience was very smooth and as stress-free as possible in comparison to other agencies. My agent Hollie, specifically, was very responsive and professional and the communication felt natural and without any sort of 'pushy agent tactics' that I've encountered elsewhere. It's still early days but for the moment I can fully recommend them.
