AWFUL Customer Service! They don't even understand the issue they just give some canned responses that doesn't apply to my situation. I will never be using them again!

I had a problem with the app, which wasnt their fault - the theater's system was down. Because of that I couldn't redeem a voucher before it expired. They gave me a new voucher and extended the expiration. Response was reasonably fast.

When I was checking on why my account was deactivated the service was very helpful.

They are very accommodating and a very convenient way to purchase tickets and concessions before actually setting foot in the theatre.

All of my questions were answered and they got back to me in a timely manner.

Didn’t enjoy the show “Avatar: Fite and Ash”, I rarely watch movie but always book my tickets from atom app but this time I didn’t enjoy my show as the tickets were costly and the cleanliness was not worth it as per the charges I paid. My seat and floor were soaked with soda and sticky. I tired to cancel my ticket but couldn’t do it so I had to leave the theatre without watching the movie. Need assistance with my issue as it’s taking too much time.

Atom responding quickly to my request. Explained how to use Atom cash. Very help and kind. I would use again. I would highly recommend Atom.

Solved my problem with not being able to order very quickly.

They were great when I had car accident and needed help with a refund.

While using the IMDB app selected Regal Theaters and saw tickets for Hamnet movie for Dec 8, 2024. Then 3 days later received an email informing me they are refunding me for these tickets. I had never heard of them before and still have no sense of why a link was imbedded in IMDB. However, this seems odd and misleading to sell and then cancel a movie ticket. Something does not seem right with this and therefore this review. I no longer trust both companies as I went to Regal to purchase tickets and was delighted with no extra fees like Atom charged me ($4.38). Thankfully I did receive a full refund from Atom but will never use them since I can’t trust anything they say they do. Same with IMDB - not a valid reason to even cohost Atom if they were involved with this cancellation.

The representative and the customer service team were very helpful and understanding, even thought I was past the grace period they were able to help, quickly and always keeping in touch with clear explications

Non attentive and not helpful at all!

First time buying tickets online. I bought tickets for the wrong movie theater. I was unaware of this until Showtime. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but there was no phone number. There was no real person on the chat either until I typed customer service representative. When I finally figured out, I explained the situation expecting understanding and a refund. Instead, I received an email that said we cannot refund your movie. That’s it. Lame. Very poor customer service.
