Customer support was very helpful in reactivating my account

Agent wasn't helpful for second question I had. Which is why im I receiving an error message when I order food on the app. Been getting the same error message since yesterday.

From the prompt response I received, to the explanation of what they did to correct the issue. When I logged back in, everything was perfect.

I had a question about senior pricing and was able to connect to a live representative in the app on a Saturday evening at 6:15 p.m.! And, the representative answered my question quickly.

The Pricing. The T-Mobile Tuesday $5 Discounts. The Atom Customer Service being helpful repeatedly. The type, range, and genre of films to select from to watch from the Atom App! I can go on and on and on...Thank You for all You All do!! ❤️❤️

Although for me - an old school/non tech person - the app/email part has been a little hard to navigate (which is what caused my issue to begin with); the ‘people’ at Atom have been extremely helpful and quick with their response. They’ve definitely made me feel that my issue, no matter how small, is important. They seem to value good customer relations - which is a great, yet very rare, quality. Thank you.

I got an email telling :Our team recently completed your request - 15724157" without completing the request. Which is misleading. I had follow up again for refund to be intiated.

DO NOT USE THIS APP — Failed Promo, Broken Checkout, No Real Help

I was supposed to get free movie tickets through a promo that was clearly meant to promote Atom’s app. Well, it definitely promoted something — how broken, unreliable, and frustrating this app truly is.

The promo code worked, but the app refused to process payment no matter what I did. I tried multiple cards, devices, browsers, even different accounts. Still failed. Then, the system blocked my account for “safety reasons” in the middle of all of it — making it impossible to resolve before the movie started.

I had to pay out of pocket for tickets that were promised to be free. The support team? Completely unhelpful. Just slow, generic responses and no urgency whatsoever, even when I explained the movie was starting within the hour.

This wasn’t just an app glitch — it was a total failure in customer service, functionality, and reliability. And the worst part? This whole mess was supposed to make me like and recommend this app. What a joke.

If you’re thinking of trying Atom because of a promo: DON’T. You’ll end up paying full price anyway — with way more stress. Use Fandango, go directly through the theater, literally anything else is better than Atom.

I'm not asking for cash, I'm requesting you send the cancelled about to the original form of payment. Dishonest business practice of automatically highlighting the $14 refund as atom cash and deducting $2 for $12 not highlighted refund.

As a 20+ year T-mobile customer using the $5 movie code that didn't work. Atom is price gauging to make money from fees.

Terrible in every way possible. My account was closed for no reason.Customer service via email is ridiculous (bunch of jokers), No customer service over the phone, which is sketchy in my opinion. My refund needs to be issued. Whoever owns this company needs to Re-strategize and do better.
Zero stars & bad service.

These guys are horrible. They screwed up the order and instead of fixing it, they suggested to cancel it, minus order fees, and make another order again. And of course they wanted to charge another service fee again. Horrible and non existent customer service. Stay away.
