Excellent customer service and super clean storage unit! Modern tech!

I've recently hired a unit here and my experience has been very positive. Karl was very helpful, both over the phone and in person, and moving in my stuff proved to be seamless and wholly stress-free. Definite recommend.

The new Bermondsey branch is excellent. Originally, when search for 24-hour storage, I didn’t think I’d end up signing up with Attic Storage because I thought pricing would be similar to Big Yellow. However, after visiting the branch, Mark showed me a few storage units and gave me a good offer, including a couple of free weeks of rental. I signed up and moved in the same week.

Mark and Martin were very helpful and made the joining process fast. The facilities and the app are great. I think they have the best deals for storage right now. Especially for what you get in addition to the membership. The £20 voucher to spend on moving materials is helpful too.

I can tell a lot of thought has gone into the entire service. Highly recommended.
