Please think very carefully and read the reviews before you order with this company. My experience with this company, particularly Amy, the point of contact has been appalling. We ordered a motorised TV unit, it was £825. I asked Amy if I could choose a bespoke colour and delay the delivery as we were moving house. She confirmed that both requests were perfectly fine which was useful because we were due to move early Feb.

The unit was delivered by a single delivery driver on Christmas eve where my pregnant wife had to assist the chap to bring it inside. The unit must be 80kgs. Not the end of the world but a little concerning.

The unit arrived bubble wrapped but in the new year we noticed (by chance) that the colour was completely different to the one we chosen.

I emailed Amy to let her know and to get it sorted. I sent 5 emails over 2 weeks before I got a reply. It then took another week for her to arrange a collection, which was due 21st Jan. The collection company never turned up and not surprisingly, haven’t received a response since.

I have now initiated a dispute with my credit card company and really hope they see the appalling customer service clearly enough to take it up with them.

My advice to anyone ready this is to find another bespoke furniture company. What they make is not difficult to a master carpenter. Use their designs and take it elsewhere. If its wrong, you’re on your own. Don’t take the chance with that sort of money.

We ordered a radiator cover with shelved unit with oak shelves to sit on top. It looks amazing especially now it’s painted. Delivery was made as per lead time. Thanks Liam

This company was very helpful from start to finish , even after they asked if we were satisfied. Gorgeous radiator cover that we ordered unfinished then painted our self to match our walls. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve ordered 3 custom radiator covers from this company at different times over the last couple of years without any issues and would use them again. Surprised by some of the negative reviews.

Worst company iv ever dealt with, my order was meant to be delivered within 4/6 weeks, it’s now over 9 weeks, Amy told me it was with the courier & she would chase it up , 2 days later I received an email to say my order was now being finished processing, I was told it would be arriving Thursday 29th between 10.30 & 11.30 , I took 2 hours off work to wait on it , it’s now 2 hours late, worst thing is I cant contact them by phone. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, Avoid this company .

Ordered on October 16th. Company confirmed 6 week delivery but like other reviews cut off communication even with significant number of chaser emails and calls. Company offered to refund in January post highlighting that the company will need to be reported for fraud as no product forthcoming. Again no further communication post this offer. Avoid at all costs this is a fraudulent company and will be reporting as such.

Ordered a vertical slat radiator cover with drawers and could not be more impressed with the quality of it. Very fast delivery absolutely no problems whatsoever would highly recommend

I loved the design ideas of this company and the fact they use a wide selection of farrow and ball colours which are the best for natural and calming decor. I had some questions over delivery and I always received a consistent and polite communication. When the item arrived I was very happy by the quality of the craftsmanship and the attention to detail it was impeccably well packaged and delivered by their own courier to the room of choice. I had a radiator shelf unit built and I am so over the moon with it! The customer service from order through to delivery was fabulous and if felt almost personal. Such a friendly accommodating bunch and the couple that drove it all the way from Manchester to Scotland were just ace! I ordered an unpainted unit, but only because I wanted it to match the colour of my walls. I had used Crown paint and Auunique use Farrow and Ball (posh!). There was no paint that matched my colour. It is more than I could have imagined in all honesty. I have had so many compliments on it and have recommended to friends and neighbours. Ordered a radiator cover in November, was told nearly 2 weeks ago that it was getting delivered soon after numerous emails, then to be told it was out for delivery, had contact up until they said it was out for delivery and once they knew delivery date they would let me know, they now have ignored all emails which I sent numerous times, absolute scam company, I was never getting the radiator cover, just wish I had read reviews before I ordered, avoid people

I bought three radiator covers. Process was simple and communication was easy. Several weeks delay whilst they’re made but this is made clear when you order. They were actually delivered a little bit early and I was advised in advance of when the delivery would be made.

The price of them was excellent and when compared to those sold by chain stores I am a bit annoyed with myself I didn’t buy these before.

Quality was superb and they fitted easily in place.

I will use this company again.
