This guy is an absolute con man. There are hundreds of customers that have paid a lot of money with no product at the end of it. He will take your money and run. I am owed thousands and they have totally ignored me. How do they sleep at night, everytime I try and comment I get blocked with still no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THOUSANDS AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT

Awful experience with this company. Faulty product delivered end April 26, yet despite more emails that I can count no help has been provided by Auunique. As there is no tel number you have to use email but clearly when there is a problem, they choose to ignore customers. All over their website they proclaim as being dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to all our customers….afraid to say these are just words with no meaning at all.
If you are considering buying from this company, I would strongly advise not too as unfortunately their actions demonstrate no respect at all for customers.

This company is a shambles you pay them and they don’t deliver your furniture then they ghost you. Do not give them your money you will be conned

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

Before placing my order, I made it very clear in both the order notes and by email that I wanted to discuss and approve the work before any production began. Despite this, I felt my instructions were not acknowledged.

Communication has been the biggest issue throughout. I attempted to contact the company multiple times via email, telephone, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, but most of my messages went unanswered. As a customer, this left me feeling ignored and frustrated.

When I raised my concerns, I was offered only a partial refund despite not receiving the product I was expecting. I do not believe this was a fair resolution given the circumstances.

I hope the company improves its communication, listens more carefully to customers’ requirements, and provides better customer service in the future. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to use this company again.I’m

Scam company DO NOT USE! 10 weeks waiting for delivery, answered emails at first but then stopped communicating. Have started refund process with bank. Ignore fake positive reviews, absolute scam.

Ordered a cabinet in October 2025 and was told it would be delivered before Christmas. Paid the requested 50% deposit. Finally in May 2026 after Emails, phone calls, Whatsapp messages, recorded delivery post, etc., had all gone unanswered my bank refunded the full deposit. If you place an order and pay the deposit then good luck. You will certainly need it.

I used this company after my son in law had a good experience with them - and so have I. Using their discount code I ordered 6 radiator covers for our flat in Bath - some white and some in F&B colours. Arrived in thrie own delivery lorry and well protectively packaged. Really easy to install. What is not to like. Realkly don't understand the very negative feedback from some other cutsomers. I am very happy and will re-use them and recommend them to my frioends.

Good quality of the product and fair response from admin side. However, asked specifically white colour and confirmed in writing from customer service but still sent in black… on top of this, prices are around 5 times higher than competitors but it was the only place to offer custom dimensions. To mention that delivery took over 2 months…disappointing

Don’t Use they have 3 CCJ’s so won’t deliver items or refund you when they eventually deliver the wrong item. Absolute scammers !!!

Scam beware! Won't deliver, won't refund! Luckily I've put a charge back claim with the credit card provider! Take heed of the negative feedback this company gets! Excuses after Excuses of van breaking down, no updates on when they will deliver yet they post daily on Instagram of the orders they are working on? Very poor service, do not use this company. Top class service from this company wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend, their stuff is very high quality for the price you pay, proper bespoke stuff. Wife’s happy so that’s a bonus 👍🏽

We have been using Auunique since their Etsy days around 5 years ago, we have 7 radiator covers in total and they are all fabulous. This isn't a scam company really confused by the reviews, I do feel like the better you are the more you receive these kinds of reviews. Sad to see for this company.

Terrible scam firm. Took our money but then never delivered ordered product. Delayed on giving us a delivery date and then pretended they had tried to deliver (when we were waiting in all day and no one arrived). Told us refund could be expected in 3-5 working days but no money was ever refunded. This is a scam as per other reviews. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS FIRM

Ignore the fake five star reviews. This company is listed as an advertising agency on Companies House. They're masquerading as a furniture company, taking as much money for orders as possible, responding to non-deliveries with promises of confirming delivery dates as soon as they can, then never confirming anything. When you ask for a refund, they stop responding and keep your money. As soon as they've made enough, the company will delist and disappear.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. You will lose your money and not get your items. I have reported them to reportfraud.police.uk and I suggest you to as well if you've requested a refund and heard nothing. Action a charge back on your credit card/bank too in order to recover your money.

Honest review of AUUNIQUE LTD. Delivery took a while but then you have to expect that as every item is hand carved to order. They are shipped with copious amounts of packing material which ensures there is no damage or marks whatsoever on the journey. Every item is exactly as described and look more impressive than the pictures when you have them in place. I will always check here before I want any items of furniture in the future because the service and quality is second to none. and well worth the wait. Would use again and have recommended to friends and family.
