As we deal in used goods, the products we buy/sell may come with signs of use and wear & tear, depending on their grade, provided these are in a fully working & saleable condition in line with our grading & testing guidelines.

Additionally, before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks to ensure it is in a clean condition.

As per our records, the controller purchased by you is graded "C", thus, it may come in poor but fully working condition. However, please accept my apologies if it was unclean.

Thank you for your review and it is unfortunate that your recent purchase has not gone as expected.

Our stores make every effort to fulfil customer orders and we have guidelines in place to check the product specifications while processing them. However, at times, the stores notice that the item is incorrect, missing or unfit for online sale, thus, to avoid the inconvenience of returning the item to us, such orders are cancelled.

With the way our system works, we try to assign this item to another store depending on availability. In such instances, for Click&Collect orders, we offer the option to cancel the order and have it assigned to a different store so it can be dispatched from their end.

Regarding the accessories, we do accept third-party accessories as long as they function as intended.
