Polite staff, cleanliness, comfort. Highly qualified specialists. Modern equipment.

Seen in time, very efficient treatment, person who did treatment was very accomplished, knowledgeable and the treatment worked.

Had another visit for earwax removal and yet again had a great experience. Wendy is so friendly, professional and puts you at your ease. Would recommend 100%.

I had my ear wax removed by Wendy , who is a very pleasant and professional lady. She does a thorough job as checking all removed and does a hearing test afterwards. Have used before but can highly recommend.

Sue was very helpful and professional.

I was very impressed. Before having a hearing test they checked my ears to see if they needed cleaning which they did so that avoided an unnecessary hearing test. When I went for the wax removal session all very professional and had the results explained very well. Finally this was all very competitively priced.

Friendly, efficient, professional service.
My second visit, helpful staff and very pleased with the outcome.

Calm relaxed atmosphere with no pushy sales and every advice

A massive thank you to Wendy Green, who this afternoon carefully and skilfully undertook an ear irrigation using micro suction techniques on both ears. The procedure was very well explained and the event painless throughout the procedure.
Additionally, on completion, Wendy carried out a basic hearing test, which highlighted frequency differences and indeed how this could be further improved.
In my opinion, this visit was a very good value for money plus an opportunity of seeing a professionally run business. So thank you again Wendy 👏 DH.

Did what was necessary, pleasant experience.

He has consistently received Professional kind and efficient service to all his hearing concernes.

I saw Wendy Green and she was extremely helpful and professional and made me feel 100% better.

Friendly staff and ear test quick and easy. Always helpful when I go there to have the ends changed as I shake too much to do it myself.

Nick was very professional and made me feel calm.

This is definitely a process everyone should do if you have any concern about hearing.

Thank going Nick and his team.

Had annual hearing appointment and came away with a new pair of aids to replace a previous pair which were 7 years old. New aids have much more clarity and I can hear so much better. My previous aids have lasted well and done a good job for 7 years.

Absolutely brilliant experience from reception pre visit to Nick who ran the hearing test. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hidden Hearing and will definitely be returning for regular check ups

They give a very professional service.
