My appointment with Roshni was excellent, she explained everything to me about replacing my hearing aids. Gave me a week to try them out, and then showed me how to maintain them and the extra facilities I could control through my phone. Overall I cannot fault her service and dedication to me, a customer.

Fantastic Facilities
Fantastic Facilities, extremely good staff from the moment l entered the Boots shop , the testing equipment and facility is top quality.The most important aspect for me was the treatment given, everything was properly explained I didn’t feel pressured to buy , the stages of the process were so important that l felt confident that the advise l received was right for me. From start to finish I was treated with respect. The initial hearing test showed that I needed to come back for a more in depth check, which was arranged straight away.
After check it was explained that I would benefit from hearing aids. After discussion of the various benefits of different models I made my choice. The order was placed there and then and my hearing aids have been given to me today. I was also given detailed advice on their use. Many thanks to Laura at Boots Hearingcare Wimbledon.
