Good customer service. Explained the process clearly.

I saw the lady who took me through , she was helpful, informative and the whole experience was great .

I received a reminder call to confirm my appointment and upon time was seen by Elaine, whom I always see. See carried out a thorough examination of my ears and ran through numerous questions as to my experiences over the last twelve months to ensure nothing has changed since my last examination. Elaine mentioned the latest aids available to me but I declined as haven’t had my current ones that long and experiencing no real problems with them. The whole appointment was conducted with upmost professionalism and another appointment made for next year. All
In all a very professional service with a friendly smiling face.

A good experience, no issues at all,. They did a perfect job tbh. Much better than other places where I've had ear cleaning done. I felt the lady actually cared, something rare these days. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely helpful staff. Everything explained fully. Extremely satisfied.

Friendly, professional, informative and listened to me.

It wasn't great a all, I had two reminders to be there for 11 and after arriving at 10.45 I had to wait almost 45 minutes. I had asked for a de waxing but it couldn't be done.
There was no hearing test and no information on the latest type of aids.
