My experience with Jess in the Maidstone Branch was smooth, supported and efficient. She explained every detail of what was going to happen. The micro suction was extremely gentle and I was happy with the wax that came out and how clean my ear was after. Absolutely no pain at all. The clinic is clean, the staff happy and accommodating all round a very positive experience. I recommend anyone who has earwax issues to go and get them cleaned out so easy and gentle.

I was offered tea by the receptionist whilst waiting for my appointment -
I was early - and when my turn came things were explained to me, inc showing that I have wax in my ears. This is going to be sorted this week coming and then they will resume testing my hearing:-)

My mum recently visited Hidden Hearing for a hearing check, and the experience was genuinely reassuring from start to finish.

The staff were patient, respectful, and took time to explain everything in a way that felt clear and unhurried. It never felt like she was being rushed through an appointment, which made a real difference. They listened carefully to her concerns and handled the assessment with a calm, professional approach.

What stood out most was the way they balanced expertise with kindness. My mum left feeling more informed and comfortable about her hearing, rather than worried or overwhelmed.

Overall, a very positive experience. The service felt thoughtful and well organised, and the staff made what could have been a stressful visit feel straightforward and supportive.

I went for a hearing test today and was very nicely greeted by Caren who was very hospitable and offered us a drink and chatted. I was then seen by Sam who conducted my ear test. She was so lovely and patient and she is so very good at what she does. I felt like she had loads of time for me and you can tell she loves what she does. I would recommend Hidden Hearing !

Mum had her ears syringed at home, Jessica was so lovely when dealing with her, she explained everything so mum could understand. Mum, who is 101 thought she was lovely and can now hear so much better.

As a family, we look after our Dad who has dementia and its really reassuring to see him being assessed and supported with such compassion and kindness. He is a bit of a character and in his late 80's, but Sam has always been excellent with him. Thank you Sam!

I'd noticed a change in my hearing but due to my current age was wary of going down the hearing aid route. I was unaware that hearing aids could purely be for tinnitus without there being hearing loss. Great service and lovely experience all round. Thank you

Visited HH in Maidstone for earwax removal. From the initial tests with Sam and the treatment with Jess, the experience was excellent, all of the staff were most pleasant and professional. Jess explained what to expect from the whole process so the removal was relaxed, comfortable and effective. Would thoroughly recommend
