This is my 2nd review for Hidden Hearing (rugby branch)
My mum suffered with an ear infection over Christmas that cleared with antibiotics but Mum still couldn't hear Dr said that mum had wax build up so said she should go private. Went to some places in Rugby (mostly rather unhelpful) went to Hidden Hearing. And was greeted by the lovely Pramit and his team. Listened to what had happened with mum (noone really listened) Pram taken the time to listen to my mum with my little input. Got sorted with the was removel(done by the lovely Emma) followed by a Hearing test done by Pramit. With in 3 weeks of walking in my mum was sorted and happy again ( the happiest I've seen her in a long time) Pramit takes the time to explain everything to you and makes everything easy with no stress and hassle and actually listens to you and nothing is to much trouble for them.Can highly recommend them.

So hassan jamil came to do a review for my 89year old mum with her earing aids. He is a very friendly guy and does a thorough examination makes me and my mum feel very comfortable. Highy recommend this company

Although I don't often have the time or inclination to write product or service reviews, my experience at Hidden Hearing in Rugby compels me to write one now.

Pram and his staff delivered a first-class service from my preliminary ear wax removal and hearing test to the fitting of a highly effective and discreet hearing instrument.

The difference to my life is astounding. As I’m typing now, I’m trying to concentrate above the din of my clicking keyboards, the rattle of my stovetop fan, the scrape of grit under my rubber-soled Crocs and, I swear, the quiet squeak of a mouse in its distant canal-side nest.

I couldn't be happier with the service quality or hearing improvement. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were made to feel very welcome and this put us at ease immediately. Everything was carried out very professionally with every aspect of our hearing tests and subsequent purchases of hearing aids explained to us in every detail. All in all a first class service.

Booked an appointment at hidden hearing, High St, Rugby to remove wax. Very impressed. Emma was my nurse and she was excellent. Explained the procedure, ensured I had no medical problems and solved the wax problem. Emma used what I can only describe as a small Hoover to extract the wax and gave me a hearing test before I left. Hightly recommended.

I had an appointment today for wax removal on High St in Rugby, Emma was my clinician, she explained everything and I felt very comfortable with her, she was very gentle and I would not hesitate to recommend both her and Hidden Hearing, so thankyou.

Having had a"blocked ear" for a while which was not clearing by itself, I made an appointment at Hidden Hearing.

The receptionists that I dealt with were polite and helpful.

My appointment was made with Emma, the audiologist, who was also polite, caring and knowledgeable.

She explained the whole situation with my hearing, ending with the "don't put anything in your ear but your elbow" warning.

The procedure was painless, and it was amazing to see inside my ears.

She made a follow-up hearing test appointment, which again was very professionally carried out.

I'm happy to recommend Hidden Hearing.

Just visited Rugby branch today lovely service very helpful professional advice and I left feeling assured. Slightly expensive at £60 but otherwise no qualms

My dad came today to have the wax from his ears taken our. The lady was amazing she spoke to dad very slowly and loud and explained every thing. He could hear after not perfectly but so much better . Would recommend
