All the things Since I arrived until now

They have help me so much through out my proses.

I only have 4 days that I arrived but everything is going well with the family and with girls from the agency everyone is very friendly

my experience has been excellent from the first day I registered, they have given me the correct information to participate in the program as an Aupair, good company,Organized, have good coordinators who are looking out for you. The most important thing is the insurance they provide to enforce your rights outside your home country.

La agencia es muy honesta y correcta a la hora de dar cualquier paso, se que este tipo de cosas da miedo por pero ellos siempre te apoyan, están pendientes, de dan todas las herramientas para ayudarte y que no te sientas perdido. Ya estando en USA ellos están muy pendientes de ti, de que estés bien, de que tengas todos tus documentos en regla está para que estés bien como seguro médico, estudio entre otros. Lo recomiendo en una buena experiencia y oportunidad para muchas.

Me encanta como te explican las personas que son de Estados Unidos, pero las personas que están a cargo en México a veces se tardan en responder o no lo hacen de manera clara

My experience with Au Pair USA by InterExchange was outstanding from start to finish! The staff were friendly, supportive, and very professional throughout the entire process. They provided clear information every step of the way and helped me feel confident about taking this big step to a new country. The program is well-structured, and they clearly prioritize the safety and success of both the au pair and the host family.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent au pair placement facilitated by your organization.

The au pair assigned to my family has demonstrated significant issues that make her unfit for this role, raising serious concerns about the vetting process. In addition to openly discussing her need for psychiatric intervention and medication, she has made troubling and false claims about my family, including stating that my son does not speak English—an assertion that is blatantly untrue.

Furthermore, she has repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction with her compensation, claiming that other au pairs receive raises and that they advised her not to help with tasks such as taking out the trash or unloading the dishwasher because “it would become her sole responsibility.” However, as explicitly stated in your organization’s handbook (page 27), these tasks are part of her outlined duties (all family members chip in). Her unwillingness to follow these guidelines adds to the overall unprofessionalism and lack of fit for our household. She hid herself in the room all day and only came out when I knocked on the door to tell her dinner was ready.

Most concerning are the alarming personal statements she has made. She disclosed that both she and her mother have discussed ways to kill her cousin’s father due to his abusive behavior. She also stated that she once had to save her mother from committing suicide by pulling her off train tracks. While I cannot verify the depth of these claims, they strongly suggest significant mental instability that makes her unsuitable for this position. It is neither within my capability nor responsibility to manage such serious mental health concerns.

This entire experience has been distressing for my family and far from what I expected when trusting your organization to provide a competent, reliable caregiver.

Everything is pretty organized and well planned. I get support all the time I need it.

What made my experience great is the fact that I didn’t have to do everything all by my self the agency really puts in all the work and very helpful and fast,
