The LC changes too much. Finally when we got one that stuck around, she was incredibly rude to the host parents and uniquely unhelpful to the au pair. The onus is on the host parents (most commonly the woman in the relationship if there is one) to help the au pair navigate common challenges an au pair agency is better placed to address. It often feels like the agency is a very expensive scam being pulled on the families and the au pairs.

I have a Great experience with everything. Everything was so cool, so kind and comfortable.

The team made the process very easy and answered all our questions along the way. We ended with an amazing au pair! Highly recommend!
