Ongoing monthly charges, despite promise to stop

Like 99% of the reviewers of this company, I have been surprised, frustrated, and am truly tired of all the time and attention I have to devote to cleaning up the mess that was created when I purchased a gift in December 2024 from their site. I received the merchandise about a month later. However, I also started seeing unexpected charges on my credit card for $29.99, starting in late December. I disputed with my credit card company, and also cancelled the card and received a new credit card (which is itself a bit of a hassle). After repeated attempts to contact the company (using the "Cancel Membership" link on their website, sending text messages to their phone number, and sending email to their support address), I finally received an email response, about two months later (Feb 15). After a brief exchange, they wrote back: "I'm happy to look into this for you! Your membership has been canceled, and rest assured, you will no longer be charged." However, I continue to receive monhtly charges from "AURELLEVIP", for $29.99 four, in Feb, Mar, Apr and May. The Feb charge was disputed and removed by my CC company. The March and April charges were disputed, and after a few weeks, were refunded. The latest is still in dispute. So, getting an assurance from the company that they have cancelled and will never charge again seems to be a hollow promise. I've spent many hours researching this problem, documenting the issues, and communicating with my credit card company (4 or 5 calls and about four hours in the past 2-3 days!)

Aurelle & Bloom: PLEASE STOP CHARGING ME for a membership I was not aware of, and never wanted!!!!

Scammed for Months

I purchased pajamas as a gift from Aurelle and Bloom and was signed up for a “membership” without my consent. I never received a confirmation email of my order and it did not arrive until January, well beyond the estimated arrival date.

For the membership portion, I was charged once in February for the “membership,” twice in March, and twice in April. I’ve received no response from the company’s support for a refund or cancellation of this recurring charge, and as such had to reschedule out to my bank to cancel my card.

This is a slimy tactic to scam money from well intentioned patrons and I want my money back for this subscription I did not want, did not use, and did not clearly consent to registering for.

UPDATE: One $29.99 charge has been refunded. There are (6) total fraudulent charges in the amount of $29.99 that need to be refunded in order for “all related charges” to be refunded. Aurelle and Bloom - Refund the rest.

UPDATE 2: I was reaches out to via email regarding my refunds and all have been issued quickly upon leaving this review.

Company "Membership" Scam

Had attempted to purchase a PJ set back in December and was charged multiple $29.99 AND $34.99 fees for a "membership" I was never made aware of. The company has charged me four times in under a month for said "membership" that I never consented to or was made aware of, and it was claimed that details were in a confirmation email that I never received. I have attempted to contact their customer support numerous times to no avail. Stay away!

I too experienced the same thing…

I too experienced the same thing scrolling Instagram. I saw these cute Taylor Swift pajamas. I ordered the Taylor Swift pajamas Dec. 12th as a Christmas gift. I checked out as a "guest" on the website and was then charged again around end of December. I contacted them in Jan, and they refunded my money after telling me that it was a subscription based service. I stated that no where on the screen shot with my order # did it say it was a subscription. The company took the money out again at the middle of January, I disputed and they refunded my money. I looked up the website and it looks reputable, after more digging, it looks like it falls under a Chinese LLC. Then in April, I had 3 charges come out for Feb, Mar & April AT THE SAME TIME. I disputed again and stated I was going to report them, they refunded me all 3 charges. Then today, May 13th, another charge from this company. As I Google the company, and go to their website, it says the site is down. Then I located all these comments, here on TrustPilot. It's time consuming and exhausting to have to manage this. I've gotten to the point where I don't click or shop on any of those sites via Instagram. I've reported to my bank and now I wait....... In the meantime I will be reporting this site to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Not only did I fall for the same scam as everyone else in "signing up" for a membership, but it's been charging me twice a month for the past two. While their customer service did respond, this tactic is clearly a way for them to rip off their customers for more money. It's completely unethical

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. The dress they sent me is trash that only looks vaguely like the photo, and they signed me up for a $29.99/ month subscription to nothing. And the website is down so it can’t be canceled.

Edit: Thank you for offering to cancel and refund the charges. I will update this review if/when the charges come back to my account

I cancelled my membership in February

I cancelled my membership in February, with a response from Aurelle, that they cancelled my monthly membership fee, only to discover that it is still being processed! DECEPTIVE!!

This company is an absolute scam. I order the Taylor Swift Piano for my nieces for Christmas in November and didn't even recieve them until the New Year. After countless emails and no responses I finally got them in the mail. But low and behold like everyone else I've been charged montly for the memebership. I want my money back and for you to STOP charging my credit card.

I too made a purchase through…

I too made a purchase through Instagram. Not only did it take two months to receive it, but I was charged for a subscription fee that I didn't sign up for either. I have been charged in December 2024, January 2025, February 2025, March 2025, April 2025 and twice for May 2025. I got no response through the web form which I filled out repeatedly and no one ever answered when I tried to call. I have sent an email through the support email address. If I don't receive a response and subsequent action I will be forced to file a claim through the BBB and my bank.

I ordered in Dec 2024. The item arrived 2 mos later. I then began being charged $29.99 for the vip club, which was never mentioned at the time of order. I was issued a refund, after speaking with someone. Thought I was through with them. Yesterday my credit card was charged $29.99 again. Sent an email-no reply. Next step is the bank.

Be Aware

I ordered a Taylor swift piano calendar from this company December 8th 2024. I did not consent to pay for a membership charge of $29.99 a month. The first charge was on Dec 24th. Then 3 $29.99 charges in March- probably to cover being scammed for Jan, Feb, and March! I filled out
their cancellation form Twice. I even submitted my actual order number both times. No response what’s-so-ever! Now on April 30th they scammed me again out of another $29.99 and just 2 days ago- May 1st, they’ve increased the scam by dinging me $34.99! Total of $184.99 lost! What a horrible experience. Wish I never saw that add on Facebook!

I was scammed

I was scammed! I ordered TS pjs for my granddaughter and have been charged $30/mo ever since for membership. Even tho I filled out a form to cancel my membership (that I never signed up for), I continue to be charged monthly. It’s infuriating!

If there was a zero I would put it down. I’m continuing to get charged and disputed it several time. This company is such a scam

SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN/LEGAL ACTION

I will continue to give bad review of this scam company. Once again charged the bogus $29.99 membership fee that I have canceled multiple times. Im pursuing legal action for theft against this company...if anyone wants to join. I'm not sure how they have not been shut down. I've contacted the BBB and they are going to assist with the legal action. This is shame, and I don't know how the employees of this company live with themselves.
