I would put zero stars if I could

I would put zero stars if I could, never ordered from them but they are charging me $29.99 per month for fake vip. No one answers the phone and email response is they can’t locate me. Funny, when my cc company contacted them they said they refunded me. Lie. Somehow they find me every month to charge my cc. May need to cancel my card just to get it to stop. Insane.

This is such a scam

This is such a scam, read the fine print before you order. I ordered a pair of pajamas for Christmas and have been charged $29.99 a month since then for a VIP membership. A $30 pair of pajamas have now cost me $150.00. I have repeatedly cancelled my “membership” on their website to no avail. It seems the only way I am going to stop the charge is to cancel my debit card. Steer clear of this website.

Inconsistent-unauthorized $29.99 charges

I have been charged $29.99 1-2 times per month without any knowledge of joining their “VIP program” after a one time purchase. I have called them several times without answer. I have also followed the process on their website to cancel this membership and have been charged two additional times. Lately, I have been charged $29.99 twice a month, 2 days apart. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau as I can’t seem to resolve this with them directly. Very disappointing.

Buyers. Shop elsewhere. Total scam

I ordered three pairs of Tswift pjs on December 3rd 2024. Was told it was going to be 3-5 days until shipping on the 8th sent a follow up. No answer. On the 10th asked for another shipping f/u. No reponse. Finally received them well into January. Order still shows not delivered in the order. AND NOW.. being charged once a month $29usd. Spoke to our bank and will be reporting that this company is as a scam. BUYER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Scam company, stealing consumers money. I ordered a one time gift & was scammed.

I ordered an item as a one time gift for a family member and was alerted for fraud over a 4 month period. I eventually received the product but nothing else. No info about this supposed VIP club.

This is a horrendous form of bait and switch.

I never agreed to pay a monthly subscription fee. Reading various customer complaints here, it is evident that this organization is shell scam that is only used for a predatory practice.

I never opted in. I never asked for and I never agreed to paying a monthly charge. I should not be penalized after purchasing one item as a gift for someone.

Shame on Aurelle and Bloom. If they originally intended to be a small business curating nice items for people who had a genuine interest in the products, they have become nothing more than scam artists.

The women that they actively use in their online commercials to promote their products are now also criminal by association. I should go online and take screen shots and share their images and videos with my state attorney general along with this organization's info.

I want my money completely refunded and this sham subscription canceled. Other than ordering that initial item I have never agreed to anything beyond the price of the gift and have not had any other additional info or benefit. I only discovered this deception today. I want this rectified immediately.

I will also continue to tell others to avoid this company's site like the plague.

Deceptive Practices and Impossible to Cancel – Avoid at All Costs

I was fraudulently enrolled in this company’s so-called “VIP” program and charged $29.99/month without my knowledge or consent. I only discovered the charges after my credit card company flagged them as suspicious and alerted me.

When I contacted the card issuer’s fraud department, I was told the only way to stop the charges was to cancel directly with the company. That’s where things went from bad to worse.

I went to the company’s website and followed the “Cancel Membership” link—only to find that I couldn’t complete the process without an order number. The problem? I never knowingly placed an order and received no confirmation email, receipt, or any indication of what I was supposedly billed for. I searched my inbox using every variation of the company’s name and keywords I could think of—nothing.

This appears to be a deliberate barrier to cancellation, designed to keep customers trapped and continue charging them without transparency or consent.

My only recourse at this point is to leave this review in hopes that the company responds—because it seems the only way people are getting refunds is by publicly calling them out. It's incredibly frustrating and, quite frankly, feels like a scam disguised as a subscription model.

Do not trust this company. Their business practices are deceptive, their cancellation process is intentionally obstructive, and their communication is nonexistent—until you go public.

UPDATE—- The company immediately reached out to me and refunded my money. They also said they were going to review and update their subscription policies. The clothes we received were fine

Same as everyone else here! Just found a $29.99 fee being charged monthly after purchasing Taylor Swift merchandise.
To make matters worse I didn't even get the product- I cancelled the order 10 minutes after I placed it smelling a scam. Never knew about any monthly charges.

Never get any sort of response or refund from them or except when I post on a site like this. They will act all sweet and say there was a mistake and they will make it right but then it's rinse and repeat the next month.

I also made the mistake of buying Taylor Swift pajamas for my daughter for Christmas (which arrive late.) I just noticed 4 months later that I've been billed the VIP amount. They will never stop charging you! THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I made the mistake of buying Christmas pajamas from these criminals. After contacting them multiple times, I was reassured I would be refunded and my membership would be canceled. I have been charged six times since Christmas including this morning,. Everyone who is reading this please file grievances with the FTC, your state Attorney General and the FBI so we can get the scammers shut down. They are criminals who should be prosecuted in every way.
