I was very happy with the service I received from Austins. Right from the moment we went to see Kellie at the Welwyn office through to the service itself everyone we had contact with was caring and helpful. They made a difficult time very much easier. I would have no hesitation in using them again or advising others to do so

I would like to thank everyone one, from the people I met at first contact (Sharon & Claire ) to the staff members and Nikki at the crematorium for the professional approach to what was a difficult and challenging experience for all the family and friends who attended. It was always going to be a difficult time.

On the day of the funeral the staff again were kind and
patient

From collecting my fathers body to organising and supporting us on the final day of the funeral the whole process was carried out with excellent professionalism and sincerity. Julie in the Ware office was very helpful and sympathetic regarding planning the whole service with the inclusion of the celebrant

I was happy with the service from the beginning to the end of a very trying time of my life

The service we received from the staff at the Buntingford office and the team on the day was very professional while being compassionate and personable. They were always happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. The company treated my father with great respect and we were kept informed at all times. Lisa was always kind and considerate towards us and very helpful with regards to all aspects of the funeral and our wellbeing. We would definitely recommend Austin’s to anyone in need of their services.

Hayley at the Letchworth branch was so supportive and empathetic,nothing was too much bother for her.
Sam who looked after us on the day was lovely.Never rushing us and very respectful.
