From beginning to end Austins we're very friendly and extremely helpful to myself and my family the whole experience was extremely difficult they completely put us all at ease and guided us through each stage of our journey.

Having to say goodbye to a loved one is probably the hardest thing I have ever had to do, but I genuinely felt that the whole team at Austin's were with us every step of the way. Sharon was so patient and helpful. I was arranging the funeral on my own and she was so helpful and kind. The funeral was lovely. I felt everything was perfect and my Mum would have been pleased The team were so respectful and everything was taken care of in a calm professional manner.
