For the first 4-6 months, we had regular weekly calls and communication seemed normal. After [4-5+] months with no completed, functional website, we requested a refund under their advertised money-back guarantee. This is where things changed:

- Our refund request was rejected, with the reason given being that they had "invested time" into the project — despite no finished product being delivered.
- When we asked to see the guarantee terms, we found their actual Terms & Conditions restrict the money-back guarantee to within 15 days of purchase, conditions never made clear at the point of sale, where the guarantee was advertised simply as "100% Money Back Guarantee."
- We were told our case was being escalated internally (first to "Alex," following a call with a rep named Brian). Nothing came of this.
- On a follow-up call, we were placed on hold for over two hours while a rep named Aiden said he was checking with the accounting team. The call ended with no resolution and no callback.
- Since then, we have called numerous times and no one has been available to take our call. Follow-up emails to their support address have also gone unanswered.
- We separately noticed their listed business address changed from a specific St Kilda, Melbourne address to a more generic Melbourne CBD address during this period.
- Payments were requested via direct bank transfer to "Soltech Digital Ltd," a different name to the "Australia Website Solution" branding on the invoices and website, which only became clear to us after querying their ABN.

We made an upfront payment for a website that was never completed to a usable standard, and have been unable to get a straight answer, a refund, or even a returned phone call since raising the issue. Since then, it's been two weeks of unanswered emails and our phone/work landline being blocked by their operators. When we call from a phone number they haven't dealt with and bring up our company name, they hang up straight away.
