I’d never had any business with this company , but after checking online reviews and pricing I decided to purchase 3 reports ( strata , building and pest ) .

I loved they kept me constantly updated on days the reports were booked in and if there were any delays the new dates to provide these reports which I thought wow what customer service but let’s see the reports…

This morning I’ve just received as promised the strata report and after reading the report of 375 pgs, I couldn’t believe how much detail was there , how complete and how much work the inspector had put in it was unbelievable really great customer service, he/she is 20 stars and should be commended and given a pay rise definitely.

Again thank you to the inspector and the company BYB, I’ll definitely ONLY be using this company in future property purchases

We had a great experience with our building inspection for a property which we wanted to buy. The booking and payment process was really easy, and the inspection was done the next morning. The report was available the same day. The report itself was extremely informative outlining every defect regardless of how minor including photos. The Inspector was very friendly over the phone and expanded on his findings very thoroughly. We couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend these services - it's worth every penny when you consider how much you're about to spend on a property purchase.

Be aware that Beforeyoubuy will send your contact details to the vendor's RE agent as soon as you order a strata report!!! I don't recal that I consented to disclosure of my mobile number to the vendor's agent. They started to harrass me literally within 2 minutes of me ordering the report : (((
