We had purchased a Heat Exchanger for our above ground pool and having set it all up we had an E6 error Bearing in mind this was 3.30 on a Friday before the Bank Holiday the gentleman video called us to troubleshoot the bypass system He resolved it in 30 seconds and the unit has worked brilliantly ever since. Back up service at its best would definitely recommend

The heat pump is nice but the bypass was a bit different size then the heat pump, so connecting that was a bit of a pain...

I callaed today regarding a technical issues with a product I purchased from a private seller and spoke with a gentleman from this company who gave me some fantastic advice and helped me sort it out.
