Dropped off my car at their Toronto Terminal (It’s in Mississauga) and had my car shipped out to Edmonton. It was a very easy process and I paid after the car had arrived at terminal in Edmonton!

This company is a fraud!!!.
Beware and don't fall a victim like us.
I contacted this company for car shipping outside of Canada through Andre and Lynette. The lady "Lynette" directed me where to drop of my car(Edmonton) for onward shipping to the destination via Toronto. I did sent the car on Dec. 29, 2021. I made sure I paid all fees they requested to avoid the shipment delays.
I was told by Lynette that the car will get to Toronto after 5 day and 8 weeks to destination. From the day of drop off.
It took the car 3 weeks to get to Toronto.
Now the real problem started
After one month I called Lynette and Andre to get update on my car. They stop picking my calls. I sent mails more than 60 mails on different occasions. All I get from Lynette is "Andre please advise". And Andre never responded.
To cut it short, on April 8th, 2022, this is now after 4months and 2weeks.
I could not get any feedback/update on my car. No response from my calls and emails.
At a point I start be afraid if anything has happened to the car. So I decided to sent a friend living in Toronto to Check out the Address on the invoice they sent to me, Behold the address was occupied by a different company. So the residing company them gave my friend their new address.
That is how we retrieved my car from them. They promised to refund all payments. Also given a date of refund. Till date they have not pick or respond to my mails.
They have not also refund as promised.

This people are FRAUD!!

MOBILITY SCOOTER -New. This company should be shut down and put out of business. I have been trying to get answers about my Scooter since Nov 2021. Shipped Vancouver to Toronto. All I get is obfuscation, lies, and now they are not even returning my calls. 82 yes 82 -emails sent and still no answers. The 3 players involved are Lynette-Admin. Andrejs -Dispatch and Mark -Operations. DO NOT USE. They are SCAMMERS. REPEAT DO NOT USE.

I had the worst experience with this company (Automoves) I recently moved to Alberta and contacted this company to move my car. The booking agent named "Lynette" gave me the details of a person named "Sam - SSS Transport" and asked me to contact him for the pick up of my vehicle. Now this person "Sam" has stopped working with automoves past 2 years because of some money issues. Since this booking agent (Lynette) gave me this person contact and I called him and gave my car to him to be moved to Alberta on 06/23/2021. My nightmare started from then this person took my car and never gave to automoves. Finally I have to fly down to Torronto to get my car from Sam and then contacted automoves.
Another worst experience started by then due to constant calling both the parties has blocked my number. Lynette will never pickup the call when I called. the address they mentioned in the invoice is also not correct as its showing Etobicoke but the office is situated in Mississauga (Torronto).
Now the main person named "Andrejs - dispatch guy" very sweet in talking but always tell lies. I got my car back in Alberta on 08/05/2021. Andrejs promised me to reimburse all the expenses that happen because of Lynette for her carelessness and yesterday he promised me that the amount will be transferred to my account. so am all set to raise a police complaint and meet a lawyer to file a case of fraud.

This was one of the worse decisions I have ever made. Car took 2.5 weeks longer then we were told and I never once got a response to my inquires to its whereabouts. Finally I was told delivery would be made the next day waited all day no answer or response to the online chat, text or phone calls. Finally reached Lynette via chat the next day she gave address where the car was and we had to pick up ourselves. As you have to pay for the shipping and I paid extra for delivery to me I am now chasing them with no responses for the delivery refund of $250.00. My next call is to the fraud department at my local police station. These people are liars and thieves I am not sure how they can sleep at night!

Very pleased with my car shipping experience. I received my car in the promised timeframe and online support was helpful with addressing all my questions.

Terrible service, demanded payment up front and then spent two weeks failing to pick up the vehicle. Nobody answers the phone and their dispatch number goes straight to voicemail.

I’m in the process of fighting them for a refund... save yourself the hassle and book with anyone else.

I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 from Calgary earlier this month. 9 day delivery to Ottawa from the time I booked, transparent pricing. Very professional service. Have already recommended to my friend as well.

Scammers!! Do not deal with this company. I hired them to move my car from Montreal to Kamloops, BC. I was told we would pay once my car arrived. My car is now in Edmonton, Alberta and they want $2300 cash before they apparently take my car to Kamloops.

Automoves shipped my Toyota Prius from Calgary Alberta earlier this month. I was referred by my realtor friend in Toronto and took advantage of being able to ship personal items inside the car. Delivery took 8 days from booking and I paid at their Toronto office.

Don’t use this company. First of all most of their positive reviews are fake. If you look at the review history of the positive reviews it should show you that they are fake. Most of the reviewers also review another company as well. I got suckered in. Gave them money to ship a vehicle from Montreal to Edmonton. The vehicle never got picked up and they kept lying about sending someone to get it. Eventually I got frustrated and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund me and said it would take 14 days. (Doesn’t make sense as they said they would etransfer it). It’s now been almost a full month and I still have no refund. They keep saying it will get done but it doesn’t. I will be legally pursuing this money if I don’t receive it back.

Do not use this company.

I buy classics and unfinished project cars out west and have relied on Automoves to bring them back from BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and fields of Manitoba. No wheels, no problem!

These guys know what the heck they are doing. I thought that getting my project car back to Toronto would cost way too much but Automoves made it possible.

I booked my transport through Automoves website and after chatting with Mark and few email exchanges with Ruta we made arrangements for door to door delivery. The driver showed up as promised, competed vehicle inspection and provided me with a copy of my bill of lading. I could do the payment online via etransfer after my vehicle departed. Very straightforward transaction!

From start to finish Automoves provided A+ service.

I booked Automoves for my relocation back to St. John’s, NL. There was no way I would drive my car across Canada in this winter. It took 18 days in total but was well worth the wait and cost.

I shipped my oversized truck to Moncton, New Brunswick with Automoves Vancouver office. I chose to drive my vehicle down from Victoria to save some money even though that pick up option was available. 2 weeks and my truck was back on East Coast. I was even able to to pack my tools in the back.

THIEVES AND LIARS
I keep writting a BAD review and they keep deleting it!! These people are theifs, liars and have zero public relations. I tried to ship a vehicle from Richmond to creston. It was suppose to arrive on Feb 1st. I paid my bill prior to that. On February 6th, Andres said it was loaded. After 3 weeks of waiting and phone calls, texts and emails everyday with no answers. I was ready to report my truck stolen. Then Andres said he returned it back to Richmond, which was a lie BECAUSE i had a $300 storge fee in Richmond because the truck never got moved!! NOW OVER 2 WEEKS OF PHONE CALLS TEXTS AND EMAILS, WITH NO RESPONSE TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!

PAY A LITTLE EXTRA KNOWING YOU WILL GET YOUR VEHICLE ON TIME, NOT DAMAGED AND TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE WILL BE LOOKING AFTER IT!!

Automoves came recommended by my cousin who moved to Alberta earlier last year. He had a smooth experience and so was mine. Glad there are trustworthy businesses like Automoves.

Automoves staff was very friendly and patient with me during the booking process. I had never shipped a car before or moved long distance so having someone explain each step of the process was very helpful. I’m very thankful I found this company.
