Had my Mercedes GTS delivered from Mercedes Downtown Calgary
to Toronto earlier this October. Mark explained all the
details and arranged a pick up in 3 days. Their enclosed
service cost was $400.00 less than competition and the
delivery time was exactly one week. Lady at their Queensway
Toronto location was very professional and accommodated
after hours delivery to my condo. Very happy with service
and value provided.

From beginning to end this was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a business. I would give them a 0 if possible.
I was moving my car from Toronto to Winnipeg:
They never answer calls to coordinate drops off in Toronto - even the individual at the office when we finally found it vouched that Mark Rohl (the person I was working with) is a disorganized mess
The car didn't get to Winnipeg the day we were told but we had to call Mark at least 4 times before he got back to us telling us the truck broke down in order to locate the car
When the car finally arrived it was damaged and would not start - they blamed it on the snow, however I drove my car in 9 Canada winters and worked perfectly before it left Toronto. I had to pay for the damage.
Finally, the driver or Mark Rohl lost the keys. The driver went through my glove compartment to take the spare. I contacted Mark Rohl who told me he will call me back with information on where my keys were. I never heard back from him and no response to my multiple emails and messages. Now they have lost my keys and damaged my car and he took the payment as an email money transfer.
They should not be allowed to be in business with this disgusting mess they call customer service.
Legal action has been taken.

Shipping my SUV from Van to Toronto. They are fairly priced, and the delivery went smoothly. Good for accommodating custom requests as well. Would recommend!

P.S. would be nice if they could wash the car at the end

I hired Automoves to deliver my Honda Civic
from Calgary to Mississauga. The company
allowed me to leave summer tires and some
personal effects in the vehicle. Car was
delivered to me in 7 days as promised and
in good condition. Good experience overall.

I hired Automoves to help deliver my vehicle from St John's, NL to Toronto, ON. The quoting process was easy, I got a call back and email the same day. Mark arranged our booking and setup drop off date. My car arrived as promised, within 8 days (I was told 7 to 10) and I picked it up from Automoves warehouse in Mississauga. All in all very pleasant experience given that I have never shipped my car before. I would have given 5 stars , however, I could not pay my bill with a credit card which was somewhat of a bummer. But the company advised of this ahead of time so in the end all is well.

Delivered with delay, but delivered.
Vehicles has a damage that equivalent close to a value that i paid for a vehicle.
No return calls from dispatxher Andrew, accounting Jennifer.

Mailboxes are full.

Legal battle started.

Automoves makes railway look like last century. We've slashed our delivery times from
Adesa and Manheim auctions in half. Yes, 14 days to 6-8 days from placing our order. That's from BC and Alberta to Ontario. If someone is unhappy with such service they should reevaluate themselves.

Automoves helped deliver my Land Rover project cars from
Nova Scotia to Brampton. This shipment was somewhat challenging
as the seller was only available at certain times, the vehicles
were in terrible condition and required special handling. I
have to admit, Mark and Andy were very patient with helping me
line this up. It took 2 weeks to finally meet the sellers
schedule but once the vehicles were loaded the truck got to
Mississauga in 3 days. Professional service from a friendly
team!

I had a very straightforward experience
dealing with Automoves and having my Ford
Focus transported from Vancouver to Toronto.
Getting the vehicle across as soon as possible
was my main priority and this is where Automoves
was much better than other quotes that I received.
From point A to point B the whole process took
only 8 days and even though I paid a little more
than others had quoted it was well worth the savings.

My family just relocated back to Ontario and we had 2 vehicles to be shipped. My local Calgary Chevy dealer suggested I give Automoves a call since they have used them for the past 2 years. Mark was the person i dealt with and he was very attentive to all my questions. We were allowed to ship personal effects unlike other companies that we called. Our cars got delivered in 7 days from drop off. Fast service and fair price.

Automoves did a great job in delivering my Ford Focus from Edmonton to Toronto. I was allowed to put personal effects in the car as well which allowed me to save on other methods of shipping. Got my car in 7 days as promised. A+ team!
