Ordered from Boatplicity, they sent me wrong brand part that did not fit. Removed part from package and was going to use, except it was to big. Also I paid for 2 day shipping and only received FedEx ground. Complained and still waiting for refund.(Been a week) Sent pics of wrong size( u bolt tie kit) on the axle and package that was clearly labeled to fit my axle size. Can't find this in Boatplicity return policy.It seams like they added it for me since I sent pics of u bolts being almost a 1/4" wider than the axle on my trailer.. And I removed from impossible plastic pkg to open without damage and checked for fit since pkg was labeled for axle I have.So I will not send back, since I know they will refuse and I will have to pay shipping again which cost more than the item originally. Bait and switch company. Live and Learn. Never again!

i bought an item from them which....seemingly must have had a small amount of damage before i got it (there was none that i noticed) however upon using it (it was a boat oar), within 20 minutes it snapped nearly in half mid-row. it was around $64...and after "Return shipping" and "restocking fee's" for this damaged item...i got $0.70 returned to me. do not buy from them!

They sent me the wrong auto part,and refused to resolve the problem, I tried to send them photos of the part I received but their customer return website is impossible to work with. I have given up trying to resolve this so I got screwed out of $406!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely unacceptable experience with Autoplicity. Our company needed an awning arm that was on backorder from the manufacturer. We found one through Autoplicity and decided to give it a try. That decision turned out to be a huge mistake.
Not only did we pay an exorbitant price for the part, but when we opened the box at a customer’s location, it was used—even though we purchased a brand-new item. This is a completely unacceptable business practice. Clearly, there was no quality control on your end to ensure that a new part was being sent. The packaging was from the manufacturer, so we had no reason to question it.
Since then, we have been dealing with incompetent customer service for days. All we want is the new awning arm we paid for. Instead, we are forced to manage the old part while waiting. This morning (12/15 at 6 a.m.), we received a message that an RGA was issued for same-day pickup without a single phone call. We are a small business—we cannot simply wait around for a shipping company to pick up a package.
Autoplicity, this is ridiculous. The proper procedure would have been to ship the correct new arm to us immediately and have us return the incorrect part with a simple label, not force us to jump through hoops while our work is delayed. We are still waiting for the part we paid for, and this back-and-forth nonsense has gone on far too long.
Please do better.

Autoplicity has a picture of two seat aluminum pedestal boat extension. Great price but read closely and you'll see its a frigging boat seat. I have request a return but not a word or email from this fine company. BUYER BEWARE.
Horrible experience, terrible cust svc
I ordered a small engine that showed in stock. It never shipped. Turns out they never had the product. I canceled the order and requested a credit. The credit never came. I keep calling and they keep telling me the credit request is approved but my credit card acct has still not been credited. They keep telling me it will come, but two weeks later, still nothing. STAY AWAY from Autoplicity!!

I saw many bad reviews of Autoplicity and was worried about ordering from them for high priced items because of the reviews. Their pricing was great so I went ahead and ordered figuring I could have my CC cancel the charges if I had a problem. Well the items came fine, within two days and no problems. It's a shame people beat up a company to its demise which hurts competitive pricing; don't give all your business to the behemoths small businesses beating the big guys at their own game I love it. Right on Autoplicity!
Autoplicity Terrible return policy
This seller has an unreasonable return policy. I accidentally ordered the wrong motorcycle seat configuration and immediately contacted them to cancel. They refused, saying it was too late, and told me to just return it after delivery. I then ordered the correct configuration the same day, planning to return the first one.
After returning the incorrect seat and installing the correct one, I received a refund that was $200 short. The seller insisted I had to absorb this cost simply because I made an ordering mistake.
A $200 restocking fee is outrageous and borders on predatory. What's the point of even having a return policy if you're going to charge such an exorbitant fee that it defeats the entire purpose? This isn't a restocking fee—it's a penalty that makes returns financially impossible for most customers. Be warned: if you need to return anything to this seller, expect to lose a significant amount of money.
Wrong item was ordered
Wrong item was ordered. They charged me a 40 percent restocking fee along with a return shipping fee. I had to pay for shipping myself. I ordered my parts through Amazon and will not be using them again if I see they are the seller. The disclaimer they use is subject to restocking fee. Never saw an amount. That is absolutely insane for that percentage. Plus the postage due label that I had to pay $33 to ship to them out of my own money and they still charged me almost $8 for a return shipping fee. What a joke.

Autoplicity is absolutely the worst company I have ever delt with. Be aware you cannot cancel orders no matter have fast you notified them. Then they charge you for the return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. For my $738 order I was refunded $441. The product was never even opened.
Criminals?
Autoplicity supplied decent quality, BUT the wrong tires. REPEATED attempts to get them to address the issue were ignored. I would have purchased the incorrect tires from them, as I could use them elsewhere, in addition to the correct ones, if they would supply the correct ones. I suggest YOU reconsider doing ANY business with them. Another negative reviewer called them CRIMINALS. Based on his comments, I suggest YOU consider such a possibility.
Terrible rip off
I ordered a set of rims from autoplicity I was promised they would fit they did not.So I removed 1 from box and carefully fit tested it.I returned rims in perfect condition but did not receive a full refund I payed 1222.00 dollars but only got back 712.00 they claim there was a restocking fee of 480.00 I called to challenge the actions they took I was given the run around do not do business with them they are dishonest and greedy a total rip off.

Thought I would do fine despite the horrible reviews by buying from Autoplicity as an Amazon seller. I was wrong. They sold me a truck bed cover. It arrived damaged. In addition, it obviously was either an open box item, previously unpacked and then re-packaged in a fairly haphazard way. Or, it was a previously used or previously installed cover. Either way, it's wrong as Autoplicity sold it to me as new.
It has now been almost two weeks of trying to get Autoplicity to pick up this damaged cover, pay for the return shipping, and provide me a full refund. Endless arguing from them, with demand after demand that I send them pictures I've already sent.
Buyer beware. Believe the horrible reviews. Autoplicity really is that bad, in my opinion.

I ordered two (2) 5-qt bottles of oil in March with no issues (prompt service, right item) so I ordered again on Sept. 5th but it's been 7 days and my order just now shipped . . . SEVEN DAYS to put 2 jugs of oil in a box!!!!
Junk Peddlers
Don't spend a dime with these criminals. I ordered a pair of small Trac Gard tires to use on the tailwheel of my airplane, and they delivered rock hard, dry-rotted, flattened tires with 2014 date codes (delivered mid-2025.) Autoplicity's customer service interface is just a circle jerk of large language model AI slop and copypasta, and leads nowhere. Fortunately, the purchase was made through their Amazon storefront, so I got Amazon involved and received a refund when Autoplicity wouldn't cooperate. Absolute dirtbags. AVOID AVOID AVOID

***BUYERS BEWARE*** I purchased 4 tires from them online. The picture of the tires I purchased and the actual tires received were two totally different tires. I ordered an aggressive tire tread and got slicks in return. I immediately inquired about returning them and it was only after multiple emails to them I got the info to actually return the tires. Once I returned them is when the fun began. After numerous phone calls and threats of legal and social recourse they refunded me for 2 of the 4 tires. They still owe me over $500 and will not respond or allow me to speak to the "manager" they have been forwarding my emails to supposedly.
DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, AND I USE THE WORD COMPANY VERY LOOSELY SINCE NO REAL COMPANY WOULD EVER OPERATE BY BAIT AND SWITCH AND ESSENTIALLY STEALING MONEY FROM THEIR CONSUMERS WITH NO REMORSE WHATSOEVER!!!

I can see this will be one in a million but my experience was as bad as customer service can be. I placed an order and realized I did not need the tires I ordered - I canceled the order within an hour. I then received a notification that my order shipped (not possible in an hour) and I had to wait to return the order. When all was said and done, I received a 30% refund for my order after returning the brand-new tires. 10/10 would not recommend and I will go out of my way to leave negative reviews for this company.

I ordered rotors , received the wrong item , they do not fit on my car and when I contacted Autoplicity they refused to honor the refund , they claimed I used them , how can someone use a rotor that does not fit ? Buyers beware
