Should have done my research first (a lesson now learnt). The positive (hence the one star) was that the product (car sill stickers) arrived in a timely manner. However that's where it ends. For the cost I didn't expect a quality product even though that is what it is described, but it didn't fit!!
On messaging to return the item what I received is the most obvious reason why not to send it back. I can only describe the procedure to return the item as beyond belief including returning the item to the USA!!!!
I could go on but for any other person not wanting to be taken as a mug DO NOT purchase anything from this company or do so at you peril.

Shark? Antenna took an age to be delivered, when arrived had no fixing kit so I fitted it the way the advertised method using my own nut and bolt,reception was to say the least dire,the double sided tape supplied wouldn't stick an ant down, message sent to them and guess what, no response, be better with a coat hanger stuck in instead. Absolutely garbage.

The holder its self great, but total false advertising, you get NO KIT with it, total lie. You contact them and basically get told you dont get a kit, and they dont have them, but clearly says in advert they do, mine wont fit my Mercedes with bracket they sent. I contacted them again and they said return it to America, where im in UK, and returns says if opened wont fet refund. Obviously you have to open to see if it fits, then sent an email to suppose to be Claire at Customer support, she then just ignores emails, asking why false advertising and not even offered some refund. Con- merchants STAY WELL AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, better off going to a UK market stall and buy one. 12/04/26

I ordered this for my BMW. What was delivered was just a phone mount with a rubbish vent clip, there were no vehicle specific mounting adapters.
Autovia.UK sounds like a UK company but it isn't. The product ships from China, and if you complain, you get an automated email response telling you to return the product, at your own cost, to some anonymous postal box in America.
I have tried to sort this over email, but they just keep denying that they sent the wrong item.

I wish there was a No Star option.
I foolishly opted for the T70 phone mount. The advertised bespoke mount is utterly useless - just a generic vent mount that doesn’t fit not fit my car. The refund process is ludicrous - my own expense to return the item to Albuquerque. Google street view shows an apartment building - no business premises apparent. So I’ve spent £25 to line some scumbag’s pocket. Not my finest hour. Avoid this Shower of Scammers like the plague.

Autocare uk are a scam company . Sent me the wrong colour and model without the fitting kit . Their passive aggressive response email asked me to return to address in USA aberquerque as tracked delivery at my cost . Total piss take . Product took two weeks from China . They are not UK based at all .

As per other comments, the phone mount does not come with a specific mount for a particular brand of car. It’s a universal spring loaded clamp which fits to air vent grill. Which is not what I wanted or expected. Their returns procedure makes it virtually impossible to return the item. They advertise as AUTOCARE UK which is not their trading name & why you can’t find them to read reviews.

Misleading advertising..phone mount does not come with a variety of brand specific mountings as advertised- it comes with a single basic universal vent clamp, as others have also confirmed.
The returns policy is so complex (and your cost) that it’s clearly been concocted to deter people claiming refunds for the overpriced rubbish that they’ve been knowingly miss sold.
Rubbish product, rubbish “customer service” with a ridiculous returns policy.

This companies adverts are misleading. I purchased a car phone holder from them because of the really practical range of car mounts they were offering specific to my vehicle. After waiting a week longer than advised for delivery what turned up was a bulk standard fitting that I did not want and that did not do the job. This company takes ages to respond to queries and refuses to refund as it claims it sent what I ordered. Been going round in circles with an advisor by the name of Claire who is obviously working from a script or is more than likely an Ai bot with no common sense. CRAP service , CRAP product, AVOID

I purchased a pair of Gap Block Pro fillers for my Skoda and they are totally unsuitable. When requesting a refund I was told I had to return the product, tracked at my expense, to Albuquerque in the USA. There was a 'legal' document to sign and so many reasons why my return request would be refused it was obvious there was no chance of getting my money back. DEFINITELY AVOID THIS COMPANY. Order on Amazon where at least returns are straightforward if the product is unsuitable.

Complete scam claim to be uk! China and all over facebook they are Chinese based selling complete rubbish but disguising top notch products with videos complete crap avoid

Avoid this company like the plague! I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. The company are complete con merchants and, whilst advertising themselves as a UK company, they are NOT. Like others I ordered a phone holder for my car which was supposed to be tailor made for the model. It wasn’t, just an air vent clip that didn’t fit. I tried to return the item but they sent me a lengthy email with a swathe of terms and conditions applicable under the French Consumer Code and a form to sign. The return address was in Albuquerque New Mexico and had to be tracked. It would cost more in return postage than the item itself. I can honestly say this is the worst online trading experience I’ve ever encountered. Lesson learned.

Do not buy from this company. Trade as Autocare UK. No website and fake reviews. I ordered some supposed carbon door sills for my car and thet are just cheap printed vinyl. Absolute con.

Also known as Drive Nation UK. Using fake Trustpilot reviews on website stating 4.9 stars! Also fake ISO accreditation. Sent door handle scratch protector items that were not as pictured with black text, but arrived with red and white text! When complained said that items must be returned at my expense to America! This would cost more than I paid! Research found no such company at the address just a virtual mail drop. Started a chargeback and inundated with threats and abuse. Threatened to take £400 off my payment card. AVOID at all costs! No real documented business address in UK or America or Switzerland. Should have checked here first!

bought a so called custom made phone holder for my audi nothing custom about it was just a normal air vent holder and the 4.8 star feed back on the website is well rubbish Avoid the site absolutely load of rubbish

Absolute joke company the phone holder that is supposed to come with a custom bracket to fit your exact car is rubbish it comes with a standard air vent clip that doesn't even fit. The process for sending it back at your expense to Switzerland is a joke

Without reading reviews (bad move) purchased seat fillers for my Honda CRV. They did not fit were so squashed I could not put my iPhone in, keys etc as described in their advert. Followed the return process to the letter and out of principle returned items to an address in Switzerland! Only to receive it back some three weeks later as the address was unknown. Despite communication promising otherwise, obviously a complete rip-off and scam.

Terrible experience. Bought a Toyota branded Rotating 'phone mount. Took ages to arrive. When questioned the agent told me it was coming by Royal Mail. Tracking not recognised and she then told me it was Evri. Tracking not recognised - in the end it arrived by Yodel. The item is rubbish; the box was damaged, instructions were missing - and the unit did not go together. And, sooo difficult to return; masses of paperwork, photos required, lots of instructions all designed to make it as hard as possible. It's cost me a tenner (half the value) to post it back to Switzerland. In the end it was returned by Royal Mail as undeliverable. In the meantime my emails go unanswered. Now, having read other reviews, that may be the last I hear. When stuff arrives and works it's fine but not the great quality expected (I've has sill covers before). Above all, avoid this lot at all costs. They are a bunch of crooks.
