The efficiency from my initial enquiry to purchase of my plan has reassured me. My family will have excellent support either here in Spain or in the UK, at a difficult time in the distant future.

I have had an Avalon plan since 2018 but in those years I have lost family and friends so decided to go for an unattended Cremation after discussing with the two main participants who would have be at my proposed funeral.
A very helpful gentleman, Lawrence/Lawrence, took time to make sure I was happy with the discussion and that my new plan was as I wanted.

From the word go of the enquiry all staff were brilliant. The appointment by telephone was on time and the representative which in this case was a Stuart McColgan explained all the details of the different plans with clarity. Stuart took the time to explain several times so that my wife and I fully understood the plan we had chosen. No hard sales pitch just straight foreword information. We asked for 24 hours to decide. it was agreed to contact us the following day. The plan suited us for our needs and agreed to go ahead. Lovely people to deal with and straight forward process without any catches. I can see why Avalon get the 5-star rating and could highly recommend them to anyone who are thinking of making their funeral plans.

My mother unfortunately passed, we paid for the funeral then discovered she had a cremation policy. I contacted the company and explained that the funeral was complete. We asked if the policy could be refunded, they said we would have to go to probate. We estimated it was a little over £1,000, a very small amount, this company has no compassion and caused stress to the family.

Very informative, helpful and very polite, took me through the procedure easuly

1. Death is a pretty morbid but inevitable thing to discuss, but we had a good laugh getting it sorted. It was a pleasure to chat with the sales staff, who talked me through the purchase and ensured that I was fully aware of what I was buying.
2. Knowing that the company has been operating for decades gives me confidence that it will not just vanish with my money.
3. Knowing that, should it cease trading, UK financial laws ensure that I will get my money back also boosts confidence.

Totally professional. No hard sell at all. Everything meticulously explained. Highly recomended.
