After a shaky start from an unprofessional sales person the company responded in a very professional and positive manner which shows that even when a mistake happens they were quick to resolve and our dealing thereafter with Gavin Paskin and others were extremely positive and professional.

A representative from Avalon came to my home to explain everything about the company’s funeral plans I could have. Mike Thornton was very clear, professional and did indeed explain the different plans on offer to suit my requirements. I am extremely happy with this company.

It was time to face our mortality. We arranged a visit from Avalon and their representative, Gavin Paskin came to our home. He took the time to explain throughly all our options, costs and also the process when the inevitable happens. As we live in Spain under the 90 day rule it was sensible to have a plan that is valid in both Spain and the UK. We signed up at that visit happy with the plan, costs and Avalon.

I can't praise the service high enough, it has been excellent. My husband and I took out policies 4years ago and unfortunately I had to use his back in April. The organisation of everything was excellent and it took away some of the pressure at such a difficult time.
Since then I have reviewed my policy ans changed in view of what we really wanted when my husband died. The staff have been absolutely amazing. Thank you.

Mike Thornton, very professional, knew his business well and made us feel at ease. No pressure selling, just gave us all the information and left us to think it over. Chose Avalon because my father took out a similar policy in the 90’s, when he passed on 2016, we contacted Avalon expecting issues due age of policy but everything was simple and as promised 20 years earlier.
