We really value the support we receive from Avensure and have consistently found their HR advice to be excellent.

The HR, Documentation and People Cloud teams are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, professional, helpful and provide a great level of service.

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is our experience with the Health & Safety team. Unfortunately, this department doesn't quite match the high standards set by the rest of the company. We regularly find ourselves having to chase emails and follow things up, and often what we've requested isn't quite right the first time around. This makes dealing with the department feel like more of an uphill struggle than it should be.

That said, the Health & Safety team are always polite, friendly and willing to help. It's just a shame that their service isn't quite as efficient or on point as the other departments.

Overall, we're very happy with Avensure and would certainly recommend them. If I could give 4.5 stars, I absolutely would, as that would be a fairer reflection of our overall experience.

The person who looks after us Annie is amazing, we dont have quite as smooth an experience when she is on holiday or unavailable. She has really taken take the time to understand our business and culture and what outcomes we will be needing from any situation. Avensure could not ask for a better representative.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Avensure. We’re also using their PeopleCloud app which is constantly evolving based on feedback provided.

The support we’ve received has been excellent — there’s always someone available to help, and any questions we have are answered quickly and explained clearly. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and everyone we’ve dealt with has been incredibly friendly and helpful.

We’re really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Avensure and the PeopleCloud app to other businesses looking for reliable HR support and an easy-to-use HR system.

Micah has been really helpful with creating our HR documentation. Responded to all queries and ensured we had all we needed in our contracts and employee handbook. Documents were provided quickly
and are easy to access.

They have supported me swiftly and with good advice on techniques to include supporting my employment HR services that I pay them monthly on a retainer of a (5-year Contract).

Always provide sound advice and guidance on the next steps..... Re-assured that advice is up to date and if easier to discuss, they will pick up the phone and call us rather than just rely on email alone.

This company has gradually been going downhill for some time.
They do not reply to emails in an acceptable timescale.
I asked to be let out of my contract 6 months early due to a catastrophic breakdown of their service that left me in a vulnerable position but they have refused.
There seems to be high levels of staff absence and no cover. I have paid for over 4 years and used the service very little so they were happy taking my money.
I would certainly warn you away from signing up to a 5 year contract as you may find it not worth the money.

The HR support and advice is excellent, we would never be without it, and we definitely feel it is value for money. HR ia a minefield that we wouldn't want to navigate without Avensure, they give us great advice and followin git also gives us peace of mind. It is of benefit to us and our employees. HR is *****.
H&S much less so. We rarely use the resources and the cost is quite high.

We have a designated person we can contact whenever an issue arises, which makes things so much easier. We don’t have to explain the same issue repeatedly to different people, and it’s reassuring to know there is someone who understands the situation and can help us directly. This makes communication much more straightforward and gives us confidence that concerns are listened to and followed up properly.

Great advice. Felt supported.
