We've been working with Avensure for over nearly 2 years now and the level of service and advice received has always been very good and professional.
The level of communication has always been clear allowing us to make the correct decisions and know what is required of us as a business, which is particularly at the moment when employment law seems to be constantly being changed and updated.
Our most recent experience with Kelsey, putting together a couple of contracts for use within the office when employing new staff members was handled very quickly and professionally, with Kelsey explaining elements very clearly.
Having Avensure as our HR advisors takes away the stress of trying to navigate the employment laws on a day to day basis, letting us get on with our work for our clients.

Generally, your advice and help was invaluable to us, although we didn’t always like what you were saying to us!!

As a small company, less than 10 employees, we did find some of your letters very ‘corporate’ whereas in a smaller firm we are less formal, however we did understand there was a set procedure that was necessary. Also turn around of some of our emails was a little slow, again as a small company we can respond very quickly to issues which perhaps in a larger HR department take longer.

You are based in a city, whilst we are in the middle of a farming community, a lot of your customers will be large corporate firms but we are a small family business.

Whilst I see the need for uniformity of letters etc, I think Avensure would benefit from a slightly different approach to small companies.

I recently joined Avensure a couple of months ago, and my main point of contact has been Nadine. I have found her incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She really knows her stuff, and her advice and guidance have been spot on.

Nadine is also very quick to respond, whether by phone or email, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. She even took the time to work with me on a Saturday, which was a huge help and really appreciated.

We have been using Avensure for our HR support for some time now and have consistently been very pleased with the service we receive. Communication is always excellent, advice is clear and professional, and the knowledge and expertise available are invaluable.

A special mention must go to Sue, who is an absolute gem and a fountain of knowledge! She is always approachable, helpful and willing to offer guidance whenever needed. On the occasions Sue isn't available, there is always someone else on hand to respond promptly and provide support.

The advice we receive from Avensure is always really helpful and professional. Answers to any queries are usually supplied the same day or the next day. One thing I have found frustrating recently is that we no longer seem to have a dedicated representative and often receive replies from different people within the company. This can be particularly confusing when replies to the same thread come from different representatives. I have spoken to Ian Devlin about this and he has assured me we will have a named representative in due course.

Our relationship manager, Micah, is amazing! He is always prompt in responding to emails and consistently goes above and beyond to provide the right support and assistance whenever needed. We have had an excellent experience and are highly satisfied with the service and support he provides

The quality of advice offered is excellent and the communication has been prompt. If the email recipient is unavailable, it is responded promptly to by another member of the team. Louise Green has been a great designated lead advisor and has provided excellent support throughout. Using Avensure has reduced our HR admin hours, provides clear performance tracking and protects our business from costly tribunals and compliance fines.

Our advisor Chris Tweddle has been really helpful and put us at ease!

Avensure are ok until you START PAYING MONEY,
This company use all DIRTY TRICKS in the book to cheat customers, People score 5star now & wait and see when their services come to and end. within months they will STOP responding to you, within year they will increase fees. We have full 5 yr term completed ,cancel DD , paid them in full , also cancel AUTO 5 YEAR renewal within terms .
Guess what they have REST THE DD and now claimed that it's our fault and try and keep us for another 05 years.
