Totally disappointed! What should have been a beautiful cats head with green eyes, it is not. I have just received via royal mail a plastic shiny version. NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED NOR WORTH £30!!! I've been totally taken for a ride. The depot is in CHINA NOT MANCHESTER. I will report to trading standards.

First thing to state is that Avery and Rose sent me an email asking for a review, if you pressed one star it launched an email to them, if you pressed 5 star it took you to the trustpilot site. This shows they are trying to manage only positive reviews being posted.
I ordered a cat sculpture that in the advert is clearly a shiny stone or glass item and very attractive, claimed to have been reduced from £60 to £26. What arrived was a very poor quality injection moulded item that has cost no more than £1 to produce in China. Having looked online many people have been conned in the same way. The company claims to be based in Manchester but is apparently based in China
Do not buy from these people!!

I would never buy from this company again. Still waiting for my order four weeks on, Trust pilot will not give the option of less than one star. Very, very unhappy as this was going to be a birthday present for my daughter.

Beautiful cat head ornaments. I’m really pleased with the look and the quality.

Images on website are either enhanced products or AI generated.

My £30 cat desk marble looking product was in fact a poorly produced poorly painted resin product, despite having no actual material description it was under whelming.

What is worse is they offered a 10% refund as shipping to china often means things get lost so no full refund is guaranteed.

This is a “fancy front” for a low quality chinese wharehouse.

I wish I’d looked at trustpilot before ordering. The website looks very nice and convincing. I made an order for a lovely colourful cardigan and was so excited to have received it. When I open the package, I wouldn’t even use it for a dog blanket. Again returns needs to be sent back to China even though they have a uk base at my cost and it’s very unlikely to even get there. Avoid this company

China based company with a blagged UK website, fake reviews and just waiting for the vulnerable.
My 86 year old mother ended up buying multiple items without really understanding that the orders went through. I have been speaking to the representatives, they cancelled one part so 3 of the 6 items (no refund showing after 1 day so that will probably be a bank fraud call). They told me that they cannot cancel the other as it's shipped. I even sent screen shots showing that the items have not shipped and all the order number are sequential, ie they all could have been cancelled as were placed within minutes. My mother has been so stressed about this and is constantly asking.
I have however logged the site with Action Fraud National Fraud and Cyber Reporting Centre and would recommend that you do too to raise awareness. Money is money to them, whose money is no consideration.

The quality of the garment was unexcepable and not as shown on their website. Also, I didn't realise the jumper came from China and NOT the photo shown on the website, of a shop in Manchester.
When I expressed my disappointment to the company I was told I had to return said item back to China with the possibility of it going missing, hence not getting my money back.
Disgusting practice, I wish I had read Trustpilot first. A lesson learnt. 😡😡😡

This company say they are in Manchester, when you ask for a return you find out it is in fact in China. This is not the first time this has happened and I am sick of these china companies pretending to be in England, do not ever order from them

Ordered a cardigan which appeared to be a mohair fabric and it was a cheap nylon fabric.
Emailed for a return label and and was informed that they didn't have any return labels.I then exchanged a number of e mails and I finally agreed to a 30% refund and they agreed for me to keep the cardigan.However, I would not be seen dead in it and will probably will use it to clean the floor!

The delivery time was wasn’t great and the product was very cheap looking but wearable.

Unfortunately I am unable to give negative stars otherwise I would have. The item received is not good even for a mop. Customer service offers insulting refunds. Do not buy anything from this supplier.

Ordered a cat ornament looked like marble but was cheap plastic rubbish. Asked to return it and was told warehouse is in China, return is my cost but I could keep it and they would refund 10%.
They advertise as though they are a UK shop but they are in China DO NOT USE. Lesson learnt always check trustpilot reviews before ordering anything on line!

Please do not use this company, I ordered a dress 6 months ago.. did not arrive after countless emails back & forth apparently it was waiting for me to collect in the office post then as I did not have any notification of this.. it was sent back .. I have asked for a refund to no avail!!! I will never use this company again..

This company looks as if it's uk based in Manchester. I paid £30 and received an item that was for sale on Temu for £3. When I asked to return I was told the return address is in China.

Absolute scam. They advertise on instagram with pictures of beautifully knitted cardigans, and when you receive them they are actually poorly printed nylon crap.

I have put one star because it would not allow me to put no stars. The cardigan arrived after 3 weeks and is dreadful quality and not as advertised. Do not order anything as it is a total scam.

Very poor quality! Stay away from this website , I’m convinced is not a family business in Manchester ! It come from abroad ( as the email confirms) presumably China, It took 3 weeks to arrive and all items are incessantly poor quality and nothing like seen or described on the website! The money I spent on 4 rubbish jumpers on this website it would have bought me so many more beautiful jumpers for the local boutique!!

I managed to email them via the confirmation email and I got a refund.

The website was incomplete and no details to send back to Manchester UK - that is what alerted me

Please please do NOT use this scam company!!! It is not Manchester based it is a front for a Chinese warehouse. The items are AI generated and do not arrive as the picture depicts
So misleading FB should check and delete them and Eve Oxford same scam company.🤬🤬🤬
