The awards that we needed, and we we received were for public professionals, awarding and rewarding and uplifting, and showing our appreciation for their heroic day-to-day work. And the award that or the final product that we received in the form of an award was stunningly beautiful. It exceeded any idea or anticipated result that could’ve been conjured. Very responsive whenever I started a live chat online. Great communication all around and timing was clear on when items were in production/would be received. Awards were left outside at the back location instead of lobby, but they looked amazing and exactly like the template.

Before ordering I was a little nervous, so I called the number and asked a few questions and the gentleman who picked up was wonderful! I really appreciate receiving one free proof with corrections. The award ended up coming faster than expected too!

The shipping arrived on time, which was great and ensured everything was ready for the event. Unfortunately, one of the plaques arrived slightly broken on a corner, and one recipient did not receive their award, which created an awkward situation.
