Very helpful and responsive team, fast turnaround time, and lovely results. They were able to talk us through our difficult design request, and offered very reasonable and stylish alternatives, couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Excellent Service.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Colin Sales Manager answered all our queries straight away, and arrived on time for the survey no pushy sales talk. The choice of fabrics was vast. He quoted 3 weeks but had it done in two. The fitting crew were very good, helpful and friendly, the brothers were very quick in putting up awning. Katie the Office Manager was very friendly when sorting out the fitting dates. In all a very good experience for us.

I can thoroughly recommend the Awning Depot. They were quick to respond to our initial enquiry and the whole process from start to awning fitted took just over 3 weeks. All members of staff have been very helpful and professional.

Professional, tailored service. Excellent product!

From Colin the company representative right through to completion: - Very professional people with top class well engineered electric awnings.
The 3 man installation team were absolutely fantastic.
Polite to each other, and of course to the customer.
If only other companies could employ such amazingly decent people. Very Happy. Highly recommend this company. You might say Awning Depot puts other companies in the shade:)

Awning Depot's informative website allowed me to do useful preliminary research online before contacting the company by phone. All communications have been excellent with no sales pressure. The entire team is polite, friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I now am the proud owner of a beautiful full cassette retractable patio awning which seems to be of top quality at what I consider to be a very reasonable price.

I am delighted by our new shop awning. I spoke with several providers before committing to Awning Depot and was impressed by their competitive pricing and service level which includes how much quicker they were able to make and install the awning which included custom graphics. I have no hesitation recommending Awning Depot.

We are super happy with our awning which looks great and completely changes the feel of the terrace. And the service, from the initial quote to the installation and everything in between was outstanding. Highly recommend

Top quality awning in a Victorian style fitted by a skilled, friendly team. Really happy with both the product and service from The Awning Depot. Happy to recommend. Ross @ The Offy, Whitstable.

Professional, the canopy looks great!
Cheap price but good quality.
The staffs are friendly and helpful
Thank you awningdepot!!!

Awning depot delivered and installed as promised most
efficiently and removed the old blind as agreed.
A pleasure to deal with a firm who keeps its word.

We had an awning fitted last year. We opened it to clean it and a bit fell off. We didn’t know where it had come from and it never closed properly.
We emailed in and followed up with a phone call to Katie who said we were on a list for a call out. Within a couple of hours she phoned back and said someone would repair it the next day. The man came within the time given between 9am and 10am and repaired it straight away. Excellent after sales service. Thank you.

The guys at Awning Depot are very helpful and quick.
They manufactured and installed a wonderful piece of art for us :-)
I highly recommend working with these guys

I have a large kitchen / dining / lounge room that can get hot in the summer months and limit access to garden in the winter months due to the rain. I decide to procure an electric awning and since I’ve had it installed I’ve not had any regrets. It effectively extends my living space come rain or shine. Ahmad and the team were very professional and it only involved one site visit to measure and a second visit to complete tie installation. I’m delighted with the end result. Their post installation maintenance support is also first class. They provided guidance on how to look after it in the winter months and very kindly provided a replacement bulb for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.

Impeccable - reliable - efficient and professional.
They have been very flexible with the installation.
There was an issue with the colour of the box and they promptly sorted it out on the spot.
Highly recommended.

Great product with great service, both in the estimator and the fitters. Reasonably priced and I am very happy with the end product.
In fact, I have recommended Awning Depot to two other businesses.

They were very quick and fitted the awnings well. However they did have to re-arrange the dates a few times.

Swift response, very professional works from the beginnings to the end. They are the best!

Efficient and quick service. Would definitely recommend!

Just had our new awning installed and it’s fabulous!!

We opted for a 6m electric with 3m projection awning in grey metalwork and beautifully striped fabric. The guys turned up on time and a few of hours later all installed. No mess and no fuss.

initially we were concerned as we were having it mounted onto brackets due to lots of pipes. We needn’t have worried as it fitted in perfectly, they had even colour matched all the brackets.

From Colin the surveyor to Katie in the office and obviously the instal guys, they’ve all been extremely professional.

We had been looking around for a long time for awnings and was well aware of the costs involved. We chose this company because we saw that they fit a lot of commercial sites with some well know brands. They also offered a much better price with compromising the quality.

A great product from a great team!!
