Our experience with Awningdepot was truly satisfying. Katie's quick and precise responses made communication seamless, while Colin's assistance during the initial measurements was invaluable. The canopies arrived and were set up even earlier than expected. Although we haven't had sunny days to test them yet, their appearance is absolutely beautiful.

We purchased two full cassette Kensington models. The process was very good with great support from the Awning Depot team from enquiry through to delivery (we installed ourselves – note, they are not light!). The product is well made and the online videos for installation are very good. The Awning Depot team from order through to delivery and post sales support was excellent, thank you!

We are delighted with both awnings - one is electric and one manual. The salesman gave good, practical advice and there was a wide range of finishes. The one we particularly liked had been discontinued but they managed to find enough material to complete our order.
The fitters arrived punctually and were extremely professional and friendly in the way they did the work and talked us through how to operate the awnings.
They were not cheap but the quality is obvious.

We just had the fabric in our home awning replaced. I can't praise this company enough - Katie, Colin, Aldo and the whole team. Unfailingly prompt, courteous, efficient and worked hard to solve a problem that arose with a mechanical part in our old awning. We are delighted with the end result, and would highly recommend them. Great team!

We were really happy with our experience with Awningdepot. Katie always responded very quickly and to the point, Colin was very helpful during the initial measurements, and the canopies were delivered and installed well within the promised timeframe. We haven't used them to shield against the sun yet as there has been very little sun since they were installed, but the canopies look stunning.

prompt response to initial enquiry, plenty of colour options, awning was installed only a week after ordering ,installation took less than an hour, done by a pleasant and professional team. All for a very reasonable price!

Quick service & installation, great value, awning looks great too.

After a lot of deliberation (Almost a year!!!!) I went ahead with the awning. The price charged was the original one quoted even after this long time. 3 weeks after order, the two man team came to fix the device but a manufacturing fault was discovered (a unknown rarity i have been told) and so they had to come back a week later with a completely new roller and fabric and the work completed. I couldn't fault their service, and would recommend their services to anyone.
