Test happened on time, people observing were excellent, they explained what we had to do all the way through the process. Result record was sent within 30 mins of completing. We did have some trouble at end taking result picture, but they quickly resolved the problem. Only issue I have is to review results from email, you must have their app on your phone, no PDF is sent with the results email.

Excellent! Easy to schedule online Covid appointments. I couldn’t figure out how to schedule my husband and myself under one reservation so I’d booked two separate ones. However when he signed in they asked how many people and looked up my reservation and added me in. Very good communication from reminders of test time to providing certification of results. Would definitely use again.

We are seniors who do not do a lot of online communicating; however, Spencer made this exceptionally easy for our testing. It's a little tricky using either the app or website, but in the end we had our results in the amount of time they advised we would. We'll be using them again in our international travel.

Highly recommended! Six of us needed antigen test certificates in two days, but we didn’t want to significantly interrupt our vacation in Croatia to get them done. We all did a proctored test from onboard our private catamaran. It was so quick and easy and saved us much time (and money).

Azova did our video proctored COVID Test. It was really easy and they sent results within minutes.

Due to a specific window for testing requested by our tour operator, we had to test with a crappy hotel Wi-fi. (i.e. not the fault of Azova, but of the hotel) We had several calls that were dropped, and even entering information was painfully slow. However, the customer service worked with us and was very patient with our Wi-Fi problems. Even when we called again, but got a different operator, they were very friendly in keeping on top of our case.

Absolutely incredible customer service! Test was easily booked for time zone I was in, kept on schedule, and very easy process to complete with tester. I had double booked appointment and was quickly refunded for the error. Highly recommend and will use again if I need too!

The person who did the video call never show her face we got the wrong results took us 2 hours to fix it and after the video call we star getting a lot of spam calls and text.

Highly recommended. Had supervised COVID test for travel to US. Was able to connect smoothly for video call and certificate was available within a few hours of the test. No issues with the service at all.

We traveled outside the USA, so a Covid test was required for reentry. It was easy for my wife and I to schedule a remote test. They we signed in early and they handled our test without delay. Everything went well. Doing the test from where we were staying was much better than hassling at the airport or at a clinic.

As the title says, I was very easy and straight forward. The staff was friendly and helpful.
