Overall, I'm happy with the site. I receive detailed answers to questions, lists (on request) are formed correctly. One caveat. Finally got a chance to try out Jounce Ai, just did some basic IG post captions and image generator to see how it compares to other ai tools.
So far happy with the results and there are more tools in Jounce platform I'd like to try when I get around to it.

I had purchased the yearly membership and since my card is stored in my accounts. Jounce freely charged my credit card two other times totaling of almost $400. I had emailed them since there was no other way to contact them and still have not received any response
