Immediately customer service confirmed the correct address and replaced my order free of charge.

I canceled my order prior to final…
I canceled my order prior to final processing and it still arrived. I am not pleased with this product but decided to refill my jars once the gel arrived and i can not notice a difference at all when I enter a room where I have them placed.

Great products and great service
The Azuna products work and really do smell great. When I received my last order though, a key scent refill was missing. When I contacted customer service, they were super quick to respond AND shipped the missing refill immediately (and a larger size to boot) at no charge. They handled the missing item quickly and exceeded my expectations. Great company!

I like the Azuna products
I like the Azuna products. I have cats and the Amalfi Coast scent is effective yet not too perfumy. The shipping packaging was not great. The mist leaked a little. The gel seemed okay but the label got a little wet.

Our favorite is the apple pie scent. I have it in all the containers throughout the house on both levels. It amazes me how it truly works to rid the odors of life from your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room in the most discreet way because it's not over powering. Delivery is fast and packaging is superb
