I renewed ny subscription on the 3rd October 2026 they then took it again on the 9th. Refusing to answer e-mails or telephone

Scam Company now - avoid!! DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING.

They went into liquidation in 2025, but are still taking payments on their website. I inadvertently paid £80 for 12 months tracking before I realised. I contacted the bank as soon as I realised, but they couldn't stop the payment. Back2you then took out another £80 without authorisation, and signed me up for 3 further subscriptions without my knowledge - now in the hands of the fraud team at my bank - DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING

Had tracker for number of years but currently in dispute with company due to fact that paid yearly subscription £80 and tracker saying expired , absolutely getting no response from daily emails , phone number complete waste of time , companies house says company dissolved but they still take money ? Can anyone shed some light on?

Excellent service and products. I have had trackers for several years now, I've always found Chris really helpful with sorting any issues, he is professional and has always given me support, advice and confidence of both service and products. Highly recommended.

Been a customer for many years with 2 tracking devices, 3G trackers were shut down for 4 months without notice. New 4G trackers sent FOC but issues with setting up. Left numerous phone messages and emails to admin department over past 2 months, no response whatsoever. Truly shocking customer service, do not use this company.

The tracker stops transmitting. I have contacted customer services a number of times and I m palmed off with a number of promises to fix it, nothing ever happens, the latest one was they send me a new unit so I may test it for a week, NEVER ARRIVED. A full refund has been requested

Good product but awful for customer support, ignored at all stages regarding text alerts

Been a customer for over 10 years when customer services was good. Sadly now having changed over to a 4G live tracker. Attempts to get help from customer services via e-mail, web page message and phone. I have had no response from the so called help team. Now sorry I made the recent purchase!!

NOT the best experience, when it works !!! ,Have had many issues with this Tracker/ system over 3 years and had to contact B2Y Issue resolved then goes down after a few months with no LIVE Tracking to the server. After reading a few posts on this company I have found that the companyBack2You was dissolved on the 25th March 2025 " company house " I have received an Email from them yesterday asking me to renew my Tracker subscription. !!. So just to put it out there folks No Longer Trading.

Back2you tracker for a Pushbike. This is the second time Back2you have turned off my tracking device, when they describe it as free on their adverts. The first time they turned it back on: great. However, like now they were difficult to contact and did not reply to emails until I provided on their site a negative review.
Once again they are reluctant to respond. However, I note on companies house that the company is dissolved: an interesting read. Yet they are still trading and requesting £72 annual subscription. Therefore, I an writing to trading standards and taking the matter further.

Just had a bill for a further 12 months. My two trackers have not worked since November 2024. Numerous unanswered calls and emails. I have replied that they owe me money for goods not provided and I wait their reply with interest.

Two vehicle trackers, both with total loss of service for 6 months each Dec 24 - May 25, many many attempts to get support with no avail. When finally re connected, then cut off after 2 weeks due to unpaid invoice for the next 12 months 25-26. Why would you pay for future 12M subscription/ service when you have only received 6 months per tracker for the previous year. You can never get through for support and despite email & voicemails, no response. Appalling business ethics, leaving customers in the lurch, taking ppls money and providing 50% of the paid service. Shout out to Geoff (not B2Y), a pleasure and thanks for your efforts.

Paid for subscription extension. It’s not working. Sent several emails, called several times, filled in the contact form on the website. No reply. They’ve probably gone out of business. Have made a claim for refund from credit card company. Look elsewhere.

I have a Teltonika Tracker from B2Y for about one year. And yes, I had similar issues like some other users, when B2Y changed their sim provider, but I contacted them, they fixed my issues with mo delay and I had my GPS back online. My car has been stolen recently (6th of April), and because of B2Y, which sent me an email to notify my that my car left the geofence zone, I was able to recover my car (no damage to it) within 30 min, by using the tracking option within then app.

Had a working subscription tracker for about 3 years with no problems in January it stopped connecting to the Back2you server, I have phoned them I don't know how many times unsuccessfully, usually on hold for 20 mins, I have emailed them at least 3 times no reply nothing - are they still trading who knows - what I do know is I paid my subscription up to April and my tracker has been disconnected since January - very poor - do not buy a Back2you product.

Scammer!!!Be careful! Tracker stopped working after month,was promised refund I paid post return but refund never arrived. Lier.I lost tracker I lost my money £79,90 + paid return cost

Purchased a tracker over a month ago for my father but returned as it didn’t suit what he was looking. Was promised a refund twice over the phone and have sent 3 emails but no response. Wouldn’t be recommending them to anyone!

I have been using a B2Y tracker for several years to protect my motorhome. (Approximately 8 years to be exact) In recent month's the battery has failed to take a charge and on inspection the battery was starting to swell up. Not good for a Lithium battery! means replace it now before it potentially can explode if left continually charging. Contacted B2Y by phone and was offered a replacement battery free of cost, and sent by post for me to solder it in place. They also said I could send the unit back for repair if I wasn't confident to fit the replacement my self. Saved a fair bit if money by not replacing to whole unit. Many thanks B2Y.

Purchased a live tracker for my van so I can keep an eye on it's position during the day, does what it says on the tin and I can just see it moving around and also see where it has been which has been handy when a customer makes a complaint that we are not in site at a specific time and I can produce proof we were.

Bought tags earlier and when I tried to get in touch, but was unable to. After searching I found that the company had moved premises. After contacting them they resolved all problems and even gave me a couple of tags free. Have had no problems since. Thanks Back2you.
