Not a great experience really from the start,took several phone calls to sort it out at there end!! You can buy just as good if not better for alot less out there! They wanted me to renew,but no chance am I giving them anymore money! Now I have an expensive paper weight 🙃

Had the device 4 four years it never worked reliably sent it back they had it ages came back just as bad, bought a PAJ device now which I am very happy with

I purchased a self install tracking unit from Back2You and it was so simple to install even for someone with no mechanical knowledge like me. Connecting to the app was even easier than the install using the QR code, username and password that came with the tracker.

Tracker is ok, sometimes gives me a warning that my car is located in a field. But 99% of the time we are ok,.

Just the security device needed, easy to set up, and lots of support available.Tested the system and , it works brilliantly.

Bought the Guardian Extra Tracker for my motorhome.
No set up, just download the app and place the tracker anywhere. Works straight out of the box.
Its as easy as that.
I'm obviously hoping that I never have to use the tracker for theft but its reassuring to keep a check on my motorhome in its storage compound etc.

tried on your web page to buy 1 year extension but could not do it sent an e mail fot help but no reply. what a way to run a business

To be honest i dont know how good your service would be,as i have not lost any baggage,and i hope i never do,so i dont have to use this service,but its nice to know i have some protection should my luggage go missing during a journey
