This is a scam shop. Awful clothes, no refunds and terrible customer service. Don’t bother

Stay away, stay way away. These people are full on thieves. If you want to be stolen from, then do business with them because it is guaranteed.

Like many others on here I wish I had done my research on this company....... I placed an order for a men’s army green bomber jacket the money was taken out of my credit card immediately I received a confirmation number fast forward I still haven’t received anything no tracking number item hasn’t shipped it’s been over 20 Business days I called the number it automatically says all associates are busy to send a email I have sent emails no response as of yet after looking more into this company and all the reviews I feel like I got ripped off majorly I’m sure this is no mistake and they know fully that they rip people off they invested in a decent website that comes up as one of the first on your search engine I ended up losing $50.98 I went to file a complaint with the Better business bureau on their webpage it states they have several complaints and looks like they are out of Business mail keeps getting returned back from them

Update I received a email they will not refund me back my money

They said the item is on its way From China
Sent me a screenshot of a tracking number but no link no where on there website do they disclosed all the items will be shipped from China and nowhere on their website did they disclose that there would be shipping delays
It’s been over 6 weeks
They said the item is stuck in customs which is BS
I order from SHEIN which ships out of China I received all my things within 2 weeks

I reached out to them one more time about my order on June 24 2020 they didn’t respond I still haven’t received anything

I had to file a dispute with my credit card company they are now taking Care of it and getting my refund

Wish I saw these reviews BEFORE I ordered. Haven't even gotten my item yet and regret it. Tried to cancel 2 minutes after ordering, forget it. Scumbags.

Jeezuz. I wish I had had the presence of mind to look at reviews before ordering from this company. I thought I was a savvy online shopper but I found a backpack that looked perfect and ordered it from this company I'd never heard of. It took weeks to arrive and when I opened it today, it was so tiny. The photo made it look very large. They did respond quickly to my email when I requested instructions on how to return it and they said that returns are not granted for size issues. REALLY???? I don't know of any company that doesn't honor returns for any reason! What a rip off, lesson learned. Crappy company, and the backpack is crappy too, super cheap materials.

DO NOT Oder from this site they took $60 from me and didn’t even send my shoes and tried blaming it on UPS services they won’t even give a refund or replacement order this site is a SCAM no joke do not order from them‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

I bought a red bomber jacket for men and it took over a month to get here and the material is very cheap!!! Do not buy from this place ,the jackets do not look like they are on the websites. Cheap material!!!

Warning-This site will not fulfill as you may expect. From most online retailers, unless it is specifically stated, you can expect orders to ship within 3 days. Backsail infers that shipping can take a few days. After I couldn't get a hold of anyone (4 days of emails and phone calls), I further investigated, and discovered that, sometimes, the items don't ship for more than a month. FURTHER, they claim that once an order is placed, there is no way to cancel. There is no way to get a response. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. I'm not sure what is going to happen, but i informed my bank, and asked to have he charges reversed.

Same experience as others. I ordered a bomber jacket, and it took 5 weeks to arrive. The worst quality jacket and even had a blatant defect with a pocket not even sewn together; just a hole! To return for a refund, I had to pay shipping both ways! Criminals.

And the pockets are sewed together and there are no breast pockets and there should have been and little strings everywhere not happy

Sent me a very low quality jacket with the pocket unsewn and the jacket insulating material clearly visible from the outside. Made me send photographs of the jacket and then wanted me to pay to ship it back. That may be their policy, but its so out of line with all other modern online retail that I would not recommend doing business with them unless you do so clearly knowing that the product may be subpar and that they have this policy.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. I ordered a men's medium jean jacket on 10/12/19. I did not receive the order unit 11/9/19. I requested the order be cancelled on 10/27/19 and did not hear back from them for 3 days stating " Our company policy is that all orders, once placed, are final." Once I finally received the order, the jacket was an XL that appeared to be a youth jacket because it barely fit my daughter.

Ordered and no hoody has arrived, filed a dispute with my CC company. My CC was refunded. No answers from CS from these flakes. DO NOT waste your time or money.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would! Ordered a coat from them and should have known you get what you pay for. First of all it took 4 weeks to even arrive and when I would email customer service to find out what the delay was I would get the response that it was sent through Chinese customs and was probably stuck there but would arrive soon. The jacket finally came and is the cheapest thing I've ever seen. It's made of some kind of polyester material and the arms are the length of a childs coat and the body hangs down to your thighs. This company advertises on FB and is a total SCAM. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, order anything from this company. Also - I think it uses multiple names as I've seen the same coat advertised on FB with a different company name. BEWARE!!

I brought a jacket from Backsail on September 26 It took them 3 weeks to give me a tracking number and that was only after I emailed them 3 time Now turns out they didn't put my house number on the package so it is going back to China DON'T EVER,EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM they are very unorganized

This company is a joke....do not order anything! I ordered a 3xl denim jacket and it comes labeled a 5xl which fits more like a large. They won’t accept a return stating I already tried it on and they aren’t allowed to resell after that! Dishonest Chinese company! Don’t be fooled!

I ordered a denim jacket that took a 10 days to arrive but it's worth the wait. It fits well and reminds me of my old Levis jacket but was way more reasonably priced.

Buyers beware - this company is extremely dishonest borderline criminal. I ordered a 4XL Per the company recommendation to match XXL US size. The jacket took forever to arrive only to fit like a Medium. After a few weeks of emailing and arguing they finally agreed to refund. They then asked me to return the item which they received but now they are refusing to process the promised refund . I had to go thru PayPal to get a refund.

3 months later, never received my items, no refund, TO FLEE !!
