Avoid this company like the plague. The items are cheap and look nothing like the photos. When you try to contact customer service (I did 4 times), they do not respond at all. This is a scam and you will regret spending any money here.

Never buy from these scammers.

Awful service. I ordered a jumper and the one I received was so different from the picture in colour. The one I got was NEON. It was their error. I could understand if I'd ordered the colour or size but to not offer a full refund is bad service. They kept offering me various part refund part in-store credit. Why would I want to buy from a company with such low regard for customers. They then promised to send me a refund and still no refund after chasing them. DONT TOUCH/TRUST THIS COMPANY .

Would not order ever again, i ordered the items on the 13th of September item came 30th September, one of the dresses looks nothing like the photo the colour of flowers i ordered on the dress are cream/white, it came with shiny black plastic ones, the quality of the dress is poor again nothing like picture advertised on website, I've just read the returns policy which is ridiculous save yourself the time and money and do not order from here absolute waste of time.

I now need to pay for a return all the way back to china
And await a refund if I ever get one

I ordered an item from here but they did not have it in stock and they ordered from France but due to Brexit / Covid the item did not arrive and they refunded me immediately. Thank you

My items from sensalle arrived today. Beautiful lingerie and excellent quality. However,one of the items is too small around the bust. I ordered it in the extra large as I do have a big bust but it doesn't fit well on top. For this particular item I feel it could have stated that even in the larger size the bust size is still small. In saying that,I will definitely buy from them again, they have an excellent selection of lingerie for all tastes. Not too expensive either.

I was unsure at first having never heard of them before, but their website looked good and they had some really nice things I haven't seen anywhere else. I'm glad I gave them a go because the items arrived on time and are good quality. I'll definitely be shopping with them again

I purchased an Axami set, I hadn't heard of this label before, it looked great on the photo's and was described as top quality. I had my reservations, but when the set arrived I was not disappointed. I have to say it matches my Agent Provocateur lingerie in style and quality but at a fraction of the cost. Good communication from Sensalle and will definitely be using them again.

I bought a number of items for my wife from Sensalle, it said the items were handmade to order so delivery would be up to ten working days. They arrived just inside the specified time, but boy was it worth the wait. The items delivered were fabulous quality and gorgeous, she was absolutely made up. The big deal was the price, because the quality was as good as if not better than some of the top end lingerie I have bought her. Thank you Sensalle I will definitely be buying from you again

Never received item. No notice that the item was delayed until I emailed them after waiting a few weeks. I was told the item would be with me in a few days, but after waiting over a week, I emailed again, to be told my size had sold out. After telling them I wanted a refund, I never received a reply. Correspondence was really poor. I had to start a dispute on Paypal after waiting more than a month to get a refund. Felt like I was being completely fobbed off. Not impressed at all.

Good quality, just gave wrong size in underwear.

Have purchased s number of items of lingerie for my from Sensalle. All have been exactly as specification and received within expected deliver time. All products have been of the highest quality. The Axami range ( Bell, Lily and Violet) combines class with sexiness, they are fabulous! Any queries I have had have been handled very quickly and professionally by Carrie. Can not recommend her, the company and the products highly enough.

The product, once received was very nice. It took more than 2 weeks to receive it. There was little mention of shipping time in the order, though we knew it was international. My husband purchased some special things for me to wear under a particular dress to a party, The things did not arrive on time. We are not used to such long lead time. However, we have the things and they are nice and will be put to good use in the future,
