Beyond great customer support
I have never bothered to write a review before, but when our coffee machine got lost in transit by the delivery firm we received the BEST customer service support from this firm so the machine could be tracked down and shipped to us as quickly as possible. Thank you so very much!

Brilliant Customer Service and Product
I have to start to finish I have a brilliant experience with Back to the Office. I have to say that I received beyond brilliant customer experience and wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them again in the near future.
And the product is brilliant the aftercare which to me is very important was totally beyond what I was expecting. After having a number of issues with another supplier this was a breath of fresh air and can't be grateful enough.
