Disappointing customer service
I purchased a bag earlier this week as a gift for my mom, and a few things happened over the course of the week that left me disappointed as a new customer. First, I signed up for texts and used a 15% off coupon to place my order. Literally seconds after placing my order, I get a text saying “here’s 30% of your first order”. I contacted their customer service to ask for a price adjustment, and was denied. Then, of course, my package was stolen. I contacted them again asking if they have any protections in place for customers, or if they could at least offer me a new 30% off coupon (or even a 15% off one) to use. They said no. And they weren’t exactly nice about it either. I find it strange that they wouldn’t want to help out a new customer with at least a discount code. I won’t be shopping for their products again.
