This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had! Can we normalize giving 0 stars?
I bought a shower kit (quality is okay but not the greatest) and the box was missing an essential component. What would have been an easy fix to any other company somehow can't be solved by this one.
I have already got in touch with customer service on three occasions and have asked for the missing part 5 times, but the issue has still not been resolved. It took them 13 days merely to reply to my request regarding the missing part, and when they did respond, they asked for a part reference number even though this number is not included in the user manual or the instructions. How am I supposed to give them information which the customer themselves has not been provided with? It should be their duty to identify the right part, not mine. I guess it will take them 13 more days to reply to that now.
The customer service department said that the part would be dispatched last Thursday (arriving at the store to be picked up on Friday), but it never left the warehouse and was never actually sent to the store for collection. At the moment, I am being informed that the next truck to come this way won't leave until next Thursday. Furthermore, they have refused to send the part by express shipping through a shipping company, even though it was their own error that has led to this whole matter.
I have now gone more than two weeks without a shower due to their incompetence and total lack of urgency.
Store associates have been trying to help way more than customer service is willing to.
What should have been a simple case of a missing component has developed into weeks of unnecessary stress and inconvenience since this company seems unable to take responsibility for its own errors.
Errors do occur, but the way in which a company deals with them reveals a great deal about its customer service. Here, the communication has been awful, the delays are unacceptable, and the lack of accountability is more than frustrating.
There is no doubt that this is the most unpleasant customer service I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. Before buying from them, think carefully because if anything is missing (after reading other reviews it seems to happen way more often than it should) or goes wrong, you should not expect them to sort it out within a reasonable time. Or, I guess, sort it out at all.

Salesman Vitor at the calgary store was very plesent and knowledgeable do deal with helping me with a return/replacement of shower walls. He also deserves a 5 star rating. Thank you for your service young man

Le vendeur nous a bien accueilli et a sur reconnaître nos demandes. Il a été professionnel et honnête autant de notre coté. On a rit eu du plaisir à faire nos choix. J’ai pas senti de pression de sa part il a prit le temps d’écouter les demandes, il a montré ces suggestion. Je suis visuelle il a même pris un robinet pour me montrer le résultat.
