Quality of flags were ok
Quality of flags were ok. Late by 3 days never got to take to show, and flags came with no straps or anything to tie off. Even after your reply. Your staff guaranteed me I would have it by Friday. You emailed Monday saying it was picked up by courier. That was a lie. Fedex had it stamped pick up Tuesday. Thus pushing delivery to 8 days. Your website states 2 to 5 days. Friday was the day if I wouldn't have been fed mis information on the pick up date by fedex.

Fast shipping. Arrived earlier than expected which is great. Quality of the boxes can be hit or miss (e.g., dirty foot prints, pieces of glue, imperfect folding) but I think it is good value for what you pay for. I would say about a 1/3 of the boxes were imperfect.
