My order was never received. It was caught in customs from China, and UPS refused to let it through without my paying additional brokerage fees. I missed my events because this "Canadian" site can't ship to Canada.

What a disaster....
Ordering was easy but when there is an issue with your order good luck trying to resolve it. The original document was 24"x30" and the print size selected at the time of order was 24"x36". I asked them to print the items 24x30 not 24x30 which is smaller. They then as for a 200% upcharge for the smaller printed items. What a ripoff. Then it took me 2 hours to deal with 2 separate agents to get a refund

Hi Duncan, we regret the inconvenience this has caused you. This is not the ideal experience we want our customers to have. Upon reviewing the order details, we found that the order was placed for the size (W X H) 24" X 36", which is one of the standard sizes available on the website and the prices are already discounted. The size when changed to (W X H) 24" X 30" costs more as the price is not discounted. Also, the due amount on the order was $33.14. We hope this clarifies the issue. Please be assured that we have received your new order and the team will process it accordingly
Outstanding Customer Service
After noticing an error in an order, I reached out to customer support using the chat feature on the website. The associate was very helpful in resolving the issue, and the order was quickly corrected. One of the best customer support experiences I've had.
