I have purchased a pair of Dixie cowboy boots.
Ordering nice and easy, quick delivery, lovely packaging (a bag for each boot to keep them safe). A perfect fit and high quality.
I am waiting for a refund as sent a pair back to get the right side, but as returns are free again excellent service.
Size 8 was a size 42 which you don't get with all shoe manufacturers.
Would definitely recommend.

This is my second pair of bareback Quebec boots - they are incredibly comfortable and tough - I wear them every day for dog walks from now until spring.

I received them quickly as I requested because I was going to Devon on a shoot. I was so delighted how comfortable the boots are I then bought some for my husband .

I purchased a pair of Vermont Storm riding boots in January 2025. They cost about £230. I didn’t use them until end of February. The sole of the one boot is coming off and the company aren’t interested, They will ( after I’ve returned boots at my cost) consider sending them to Portugal to be mended but it will take 5-6 weeks 😡 so I’ll have to buy another pair. All care instructions have been followed and their care products used. I’ve had much cheaper pairs last longer.
Incredibly disappointed in the quality and aftercare service!

I resisted buying the boots from Bareback due to not being able to justify the cost to myself. Five pairs of boots later, from other companies bought online and subsequently returned, and I took the plunge and bought the Hudson ankle boots and I am absolutely blown away by them. From the first moment I put them on they are so comfortable, the first day I had them on for ten hours and was reluctant to take them off at the end of the day such is their comfort. They are simply fabulous, never have I loved a pair of boots so much, hugely comfortable and so well made and stylish. They are worth every penny! Oh, and amazing customer service, so helpful when I need sizing advice.

I purchased my second pair of boots from Bareback (the first being a pair of Dakota Boots). The Quebec boots are really comfortable right out of the box. I am a 9 1/2 and I opted for a size 10 and it was the right choice.
The boots are great looking and very comfortable and the only choice is which pair to wear!

I ordered 2 items from Bareback and found the quality of their boots to be excellent. You open the plastic bag and you can smell the leather.
I have large calfs, so ordered the wide fit fur lined Quebec 3/4 boot and and wide fit full length boot. The Quebec boot fitted perfectly but, unfortunately, the full length was not big enough so I had to return them.
I had to email the company as I could not find the returns label, but as it was a Saturday the office was closed, but promptly on Monday I received an email from explaining where the label could be found (I had found the label on the Sunday) but appreciated the prompt reply.
All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Bareback to people or purchase from them in the future.

Boots came quickly , beautifully packaged , good price in sale . The care package was ordered at same time but didn't turn up with the boots unfortunately. An email and phonecall , it was delivered few days later . Can't fault .

I have just received my first pair of Bareback boots - the Vancouver Storm Waterproof Boots - and I am absolutely delighted with them.

They are really comfortable (I would suggest using a shoe horn as the leather is pretty rigid as they are brand new)

Customer service was great with an introductory email after purchase and a returns label in the box when they arrived. Nice touch and thankfully won’t need the label.

Very quick delivery. I ordered Chatsworth Storm Waterproof Jodhpur Boots in brown.
I absolutely love them.
I found them a bit tight over the top of my foot. I put this down to the fact that they are so well made. I followed the tip on your page to remove the insoles until the boots were worn in a bit and this has solved the problem.
I can highly recommend your boots and look forward to purchasing again in the future.

Went into the shop to exchange my bronks for another boot which ended up being the Vancouver waterproof boots. Very good customer service helped me find the right boots. Took some time trying on some boots but I finally found the perfect pair. They had there maiden voyage yesterday. Very happy with them

Great customer service - helped me with sizing (if a half size - go down). Super quick delivery & more than that the boots themselves are fab. Chucked my old pair of harry halls straight in the bin (which I had been going to keep for mud) as there’s not looking back after riding in these. Plus I suspect my shiney new full length ariats (usually my riding boot of choice) aren’t going to see the light of day. 3 hour hack - no chaps - no leg pinches and like riding on air.

Excellent customer service- after placing my order they notice within 24hrs that I had not got their best deal price and emailed me to say extra money had already been returned.
Boots really great, no breaking in needed, last a long long time and I use them everyday on the yard.

Bought the beautiful chatsworth boots for myself, very sturdy, warm and waterproof and very comfortably worn all day at the stables. I had cause to contact customer service after 6 months due to a zip becoming faulty. My boots were returned for inspection and a new pair have been sent in replacement. The whole process has been excellent and very quick. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Their boots are stunning and customer service second to none

Ordered a pair of the Kentucky storm boots after saving for a few months to afford them. First pair came in terrible condition, scuffs literally all over both boots. Damage to the leather etc. they were definitely supposed to be sold as seconds/defects I think, but I paid full price for them. I sent those back and the pair I received back while better, still have large scuffs on the top and a few dents to the leather. I'm unsure how to proceed from here, I've been wanting to try this brand for over a year and the products look amazing but the quality of them and the quality control of this company is just non existent! I sent an email with photos after the first pair and was assured the replacement would be up to their standards, so they either lied or their standards are just poor. Very disappointed.

Boots received promptly. Lovely, comfy boots, they look super quality hopefully they will give me years of wear. Had a slight issue so had to contact the company but it was dealt with quickly and completely satisfactory resolution. Very pleased.

Bought a lovely pair of bareback riding boots less than 6 months ago. Gutted that the zip has broken on the left boot today as I was about to go riding. I saved up a lot of money to buy these boots as the reviews were so good and really expected to wear them longer than 6 months! I've raved to everyone about how comfortable these boots are and really love them, but very disappointed about the zip quality. I have emailed the company to see if the legendary customer service offers a free repair or replacement as I thought these boots were an investment so I will update this review once I get a reply.
